I  purchased a Primal P9x tablet PC from Dealsprime.com after viewing their youtube review of the product here


Many of my comments and interactions with them can be viewed in the comment section of that video, under the username santonegra.

I purchased the tablet on March 8th of this year (2013) using my credit card. The item was never delivered to me.

I contacted Dealsprime on several occasions to inquire into the status of my order. They claimed initially that the item became out of stock after I purchased it.

They then claimed on the 27th March that the item had been restocked and shipped to my address. I never received the item.

The tracking number they gave me for Singpost.com was unhelpful. Singpost never updated the status of my item.  Therefore I was unable to track the location of the item. Emails to Singpost were unhelpful as they referred me back to Dealsprime.

Dealsprime has up to this date (5th June 2013), consistently refused to issue a refund, and are now ignoring my emails asking for them to deal with this issue. I therefore paid them well over $200 USD and received absolutely no item.

Additionally, they are unable to indicate the present location of my item, nor are they willing to investigate any further. They basically expect to charge customers, not deliver any product, and get away with it.
