I Hired him last month "BUT!" after seeing his POOR AND TERRIBLE performance in court 2 times IN A ROW IT WAS VERY POOR. he was not motivated in defending my case, he did not care he was just there to collect as many billing hours as possiable. he looked like he was high on cocaine!
I droped him like a bad habit and hired somone diffrent. That was the best desicion i made, was to have a diffrent family attorney represent me. if i wuld have stayed with him i would have surley lost my case!!! but i lost about 2 thousand dollars in fee's with dean border lawfirm of new mexico.
Also 2 diffrent female counter Clerks at the Court house said this guy is bad news and seen the tragic results of the people he has represented and also recommended i find somone better and to avoid him as well...
I was totally mislead and lied to by dean border. don't let him lie to you too and take your money! and lose your Albuquerque court case.
