Debt Care USA Debt Care processing India company pretending to be based out of US, Internet

Debt Care USA is a company based out of India, with a bogus office in Stockton, CA. They have not one single person working in the Stockton office and outsource everything to India, this company does robo-calling to get clients. The company claims to be FTC compliant, but does not follow any state or federal laws when marketing. One owner lives in India and the other lives in Stockton, Ca.

They falsify their outbound caller id or DID number so that no one can call back or file a complaint. Reps are told to not give out the company information, like the website or phone number unless they are positive the person on the other end is interested in their services and not interested in filing a complaint with the FTC. All employees work from home except for the few living in the U.S. Their entire customer service and negotiation department is base out of India. Do not use these morons! There are many other companies that are FTC compliant and based right here in the U.S
