Debt ReliefUSA - Debt Relief USA is a SCAM, RIP OFF, and total FRAUD! Addison Texas

About a year ago (6-12-2008), I started haveing problems paying my credit cards. My mother told me about Debt Relief USA, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Ken Kelling who told me that I could be set up on a 36 month contract and then my debt would be totally gone, the whole $8,662.14. I recieved the contract in the mail, didn't totally understand it. I signed it and sent it back so I could get started because he sounded so convencing.

I started having the $157 monthly payment with drawn from my bank account. I recieved "monthly statements" saying that they got their money form me. I faxed over all the info in reguards to my credit cards, including statements.

Then several months later, I am served a summons from Citibank stating that they want their money. I immidently called Debt Relief USA to settle this matter. They told me that they would take care of everything as soon as I faxed them the copy og the summons. I did. Then I was contacted by Debt Relief USA to set up payment arrangements with Citibank and that I was to start paying Citibank.

Now I am having more problems with them not answering the phone or being put on hold. I'd hang up and call right back and be put on hold again. I have left messages and still get no call back. I have currently paid them nearly $1884 and have recieved any help from them.

I seem to be having so much trouble, and it looks like I am not alone.
