Fist off all I'm not a consumer that lies, I am a Debt Buyer and I came to Debt Sales Of America to purchase debt. I'm the Customer here, Michael Logan or Antonio Finch whatever you go by, bottom line is I paid you in full for a product that you didn't deliver, you tried to sneak in something else and now your are MAD because you got caught and your are trying to turn things around on me, pretty typical of a scam artist. You lied about sending me the Chain of Title before I paid you, that's not true because if I would of reviewed that Chain of Title I would not of purchased that portfolio because the Chain of Title was incomplete. Listen, I've been in the collection industry for over 10 years and I have never had a problem until now. This guy thinks he is smart but he's just a good talker. Whatever, I got burned. And I'm not making this up, I actually spoke to the originator or issuer of theses accounts and they will verify that this product is 2004 charge off not 2008 Charge off. So who's lying now, the Originator who is a billion dollar company or Debt Sales of America who is working out of a Motel.

There are so many inconsistencies in this paragraph it is ridiculous. First off the files you we're sold came from a portfolio of 50K accounts. You purchased 10K of the 50 and another client purcahsed 10K accounts a day before you. I think its kinda funny that you claim these are 2004 accounts and my client from the day before says totally opposite, he is totally satisfied and will be purchasing again from me in a few days. As a matter of fact, you spoke with the buyer, why isn't that a part of this statement. His name is Angel also from California and anyone who wishes to speak with any references of others who have purchased from this same port I will be more than happy to have you contact a few references. Second, you were emailed a copy of the chain prior to purchase, you we're completely happy with the chain and there is no lies on this chain. You can call the names on the chain and contact them for yourself. Then you have already received a few payments off of the accounts not even a day after loading them into your system, I have the emails from you to prove it so saying they are uncollectable or unworthy is a bunch of crock. Because your company decides not to collect on them (which Im truly not sure about) doesnt mean that others aren't making money.

As a matter of fact, my companiy lives off of repeat customers. Then, Even though the seller, the other clients all disagree with your claim that these accounts are not what you say they are, we still agreed to settle the matter with replacement accounts, you agreed, I have that in email as well. And the same day as we are waiting for the replacements, you go online and report scam report while you are waiting for your replacements. Mr Armando, it seems that you are out for your own benefit. You have 10K accounts in which you paid far less than a penny for, you have collected money your first day, you provide me with credit reports of the clients and say, why aren't these accounts on thier credit report? Well, you called me and requested for out of stat credit cards which makes sense as to why they wouldn't be on their credit report. Then we agreed to replace your accounts while you collect on the old or sell them or whatever you choose to do, you agree, then you report my company as a scam while still waiting on the replacements. First off, if we were a scam, you would have never received any accounts, second, we wouldnt have never tried to resolve the issue, 3rd we wouldn't have repeat clients whom some of which you have already talked to and thats the reason you chose to do business with my company. After such great reviews. Then you call them after you receive the accounts and claim they are not what they are, and all of my clients defend me and I call you and you act as if they didn't and I have the emails to prove that as well.

Long story short, I feel no matter what resolution we come up with or no matter if youre making money off of the accounts or not, which you are, you are just out to slander those who don't want to play the game your way..
