These two ladies, Scott Rister (State Capital) and Chris Kesterson (DSA) have been feuding for years. As a former employee of this company I have seen it all. Chris bought out Scott and they parted ways. Chris decides now, After ripping off so many people that he wish's to pursue his former employees to testify on his behalf against Scott, his former partner. Chris is spending thousands of dollars to get out of the buy out because he knows Scott, does not have the money to fight him. Scott, opened State Capital financial in Austin Texas but now resides in Florida. His mommy, Katherine Kesterson, AKA Katherine K still lives in Dallas and pretty well runs both companies. She is seen quite frequently in DSA doing a job on Chris. (Katherine K is the ex-wife of Chris Kesterson and the mommy of Scott Rister). Both individuals are all about the money and power and give very little effort to the consumers they are stealing money from.

Take a look at State Capitals website under testimonials. You will see an entry from Linda and Malik. Neither one of these two have ever worked or been a client of this company. They did work at DSA for a stint but were both being ripped off by that employer and the "MANAGER" to overlook the operations. "Ted" came to work for this company for a HUGE salary and had no industry experience whatsoever, but managed to sell Chris on the idea he had a clue. Please warn your friends, please warn your family to steer clear of these two companies that are without a doubt, ripping you off with lies about their services as well as the plain ethics behind being a business owner. They both drive BMW's and live in very expensive properties.
