DebtPro123 Did not deliver services paid to do and now will not refund money back Irvine, California

I signed up with this company in June 2010 to settle my $100,000+ of student loans that I had. After two years of making monthly payments to them. They told me they were not able to settle my student loans and agreed to refund me back all of the money I had given them. Which totals $42,668 that included fees to the company. However, since services were
not rendered I want the full amount back.

The company sent me forms to fill out and I immediately sent them back. Once, I had sent them back I lost all communication from them. This was back in early May now. I constantly email and call and never get an answer or reply. I finally
sent a demand letter and the only response I got back was that they were waiting for the bank.

This was over a month ago. I still am sending emails and calling to get a status and find out where my money is and no
reply back at all. This company is completely unprofessional and thieves!

This company completely did not say what they would do. Because of them all of my student loans are in default with huge fees added to them and they have all my money! I just want a 100% refund!
