Deluxe package was added to order after being denied. This was noticed after I had viewed the receipt which listed the Gas certificate seperately with a zero balance. During the first phone call to request a refund I was told that because the Gas certificate had already been sent out requesting the couponds and it was a part of the Deluxe Package I would not receive a refund.
The refund came in August. All has been documentd. The delay caused non sufficeint fee widthdrawals from my account that have not been refunded. They did not take the time to properly review the information I had faxed.
Their refusal to refund me for their mistake continues to be a burden.
I am glad that their are others who have been victums becase we are all witnesses to the deceptive practices. My last conversation was with a supervisor who said the Gas certificate was not a part of the Deluxe package.

Accumilation of Debt due to DebtCures deceptive ordering techique

Four $25 charges for the first four insufficient fund fees for the month of July = $100 carried over into August creating more insufficient fee charges when the refund for deluxe package was deposited into my account minus the insufficient fund fee charges.
I was forced to use my REFUND CHECK to bring my account current.
As of today the amount would = $600 including the months after August until today 4 each month. Also a $55 dollar charge was added to my high interest credit card for non-payment for two months = $110.
Sponsorship child payments have not been made totaling $96 and insinuations of discontinuing sponsorship have been made.
This is the most mentally anguishing aspect of this ordeal because I have had Cesar for nearly 12 yrs now. His Christmas gifts as well as sponsorship payment are now in jeopardy.
Also 2 bills for $95 and $2,300 have gone to collections. The $2,300 dept could have avoided collections if I had money down with payment arrangements. Debt Accumulation thus far = $710.
