Deed Retrieval Services company was supposed to send new deed of myproperty and never did .. 3835 Thousand Oaks BLVD suite448,westlake village California

 My husband and I bought our home from my father inlaw, i recieved a notice in mail about getting a new deed and a property profile . It said that I had to respond by may 5 2013, and it would cost $83.00 and if i didn't respond bye may5 for the $83.00 it would cost another 35.00 so we sent it out right away. the check was deposited in an. account in canada, we recieved the property profile but never recieved the new deed .I have called this company many many times but haven't recieved a returned call yetI am asking for any and all help w recieving the deed to my property or my money back so we can get another company to do it thank you for any and all help you can give us. as my father inlaw has died and the property is ours and glad to keep it in the family thank you again ........Patricia and Kenneth Savasta, warwick, RI
