This company has an extremely unfriendly return policy. I purchased an item from them through Amazon.com and because I was supplied false shipping and holding information from UPS I was not able to receive the package and it went back to the vendor.

I explained everything to Deerso.com customer service and they still insist on charging me a $17 fee for the return of the item. Their return policy states if you refuse a delivery or supply a wrong address you will be charged a return fee but clearly my situation does not meet either of these requirements. I didn't refuse the delivery nor did I give them the wrong address.

Their return policy is outrageous and a complete ripoff. They have no right to deduct $17 from my refund.

Our return policy has changed quite a bit since your initial purchase 3 years ago. We feel it is way more customer friendly, making your shopping experience with us more simple and straightforward.
