I will never buy a car from deland Kia ever again, we went there with the promise of a very nice car shopping expirience. well that was not the case. we got there at 9am and took a few cars for a test drive. and my wife like the Kia soul. the salesman was ver aggressive and basically was in our face from begining to end. it was a very hot day and the more I said maybe we would like to think about it, the more he turned up the pressure. he made us all kinds of unrealistic deals.....we told him we wanted the payment to be so much and we wanted to stay within a certian price range. hey promised us he would deliver. it was about 2pm and I started to have an extreem panic attack. my wife took me outside to get some fresh air. she told him what was going on and he hammered us even harder.....

I told him that we needed to go home and that is when he started all kinds of promises. he asked us if we could put $1000 down and we said no, then he said can you put anything down even $500....pam said we could do that....then he told us 4 different prices on the car. it was now 6pm and we were both exausted and just plain broken down. we told him we needed to come back and he still kept hammering us. we were both mentally drained and very confussed. they got us in the office and basically said the car was going to be one price and the payment was going to be within range. I wanted to transfer a plate and they told us we couldnt......so that was another $400.00 added to the bill. we were both so distraught that we just wanted to get it over with. it was about 8pm and my wife signed the papers and so did I just to get out of there and go home.

the next morning when we got up we read the entire contract and the payment was $450.00 dollars we were promised it would be under $300.00 and the price of the car was jacked up $4000.00 compared to what we were told....I called them and basically got handed around on the phone. then I found out we could transfer the plate so we called them about that...the manager indeed said that we could and to bring it in and we would get a refund....while we were there we found out our salesman was fired and so was theloan agent.......then when we went back to get our check for the plate...the manager we talked to and who refunded our plate money was let go....how interesting that everyone involved in our sale was terminated. so now we have 2 choices, let the car go back and destroy our credit. or struggle to make the payment. we even tried to trade it but we are so backwards upside down that no car dealer will touch us. we even called capitol one to see if they would work with us and reduce the payment $100.00 and they said No!.........so basically we have been screwed without bending over!

1 hour max

AUTHOR: ramjet - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 24, 2013

It should never take more than an hour at the outside to buy a car.  If they start messing with you, just walk out and let them rant and rave, it won't hurt a bit. If they try to physically keep you from leaving some way (I can't imagine how) call the police.

If you know you have anxiety attacks, please take someone with you. I got taken on my first car transaction and it will not happen again.  I may not end up with the very best deal possible but I will not get ripped off and will not let them dis me. Learn to walk out!!

The next time you and your wife want to purchase a vehicle, simply follow these easy steps:

1) Go into your bank or credit union and find out what interest rate you qualify for BEFORE you go into the car dealership.

2) Find out what your sales tax is where you live.

3) 'Google' this- AUTO LOAN CALCULATOR, and go to one of the related websites.

4) Plug in the appropriate numbers in order to see what your payment will be BEFORE you go into the dealership.

Example: Trixy wants to buy a 2014 Kia Soul that has a price of $17,610.00 and the sales tax where she lives is 7.3%. The car dealership where she is considering to pay a visit has a dealer handling fee of $399.

Trixy knows that her sales tax is $1,285.53 and there is a $399 dealer handling fee. So the total amount financed would be $19,294.53 for the vehicle, sales tax, and dealer handling fee. Trixy was a smart consumer because she met with a personal banker at her credit union before she went into the dealership. Trixy found out that she qualified for 5.9% financing for up to 60 months at her credit union. Trixy knew that her payment would be exactly $372.12 over five years if she financed it through her credit union before she went into the dealership.

*Assume that you will be tricked, deceived, manipulated, and lied to whenever you purchase anything that involves financing by the ones who are selling the product or service in the United States of America. It is one of the main reasons that our country has so many problems. The two biggest purchases that most Americans make in their lifetime are a 'house' and an 'automobile'. Houses and automobiles are FINANCED by the vast majority of Americans. (Another thing financed by many Americans is a college education.)

Good luck to you and your wife, and make sure to spread your Ripoff Report all over the web at sites like Twitter and Facebook!

Get a Damned Backbone!

AUTHOR: Jim - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 24, 2013

It doesn't take NINE HOURS to buy a car.  As per your report, they treated you like garbage and as per your report you just laid down and played doormat.  They continued to treat you like garbage and you continued to take it.  You told them to continue to treat you that way and that you were too much of a doormat to walk out.  Then what happened?  You REWARDED them by giving them their profit for treating you like garbage!  Then what do you do?  You don't even have the COMMON SENSE to read the contract BEFORE you sign it!  Absolutely, positively incredible.  Now boo h*o, you want out of the deal due to buyer's remorse!  Like I said, get a damned backbone!

John I am very well-known in the auto industry I want you to read what I post and watch the videos

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 24, 2013

John My name is not important but I'm going to tell you some things that might help you dig up some dirt about your car deal.  First of all if you got there at 9 o'clock and by the time they were done with you it was later in the afternoon a lot of car dealers do that tactic to wear you down.

You have to remember when you are tired you are much less likely to review anything before you sign it they don't want you to look at the numbers. They have to wear you down so they have control over you.  When any dealership uses high-pressure sales tactics remember your boots will save you so much misery.

What you need to do after you make about to 3 or 4 payments on your car you need to contact your lender and ask them to send you copies of the documents that they have in their file. I am very sure that your dealership never gave you a copy of the credit application you filled out.

Did the salesman fill out the credit application or did you fill it out that's very important. Never ever and I mean never let anybody fill out the credit application for you you never do that. You always fill out the credit application yourself completely and make a copy of it for your own records. Doing that is so you have proof what you told the dealership about your financial situation.

Many car dealerships will have the sales people fill out the credit application for you that way they can tell anybody that's what you told them.  When a Salesman fills out the credit application it's easier for them to lie to the lender about your financial income. Many Auto dealers staff will lie to the lenders to get you financing it's called fraud if they send over a fraudulent credit application to a lender to get you approved that is called wire fraud.  Now I will tell you how to find out if you're a victim of a fraudulent car loan and the bank might be a victim of wire fraud.

Let's say that you only make $1500 a month.  And the finance manager knows d**n good and well that's not enough money to get you qualified for a loan to buy a car. He sees that you have good credit so less people involved in the transaction will scrutinize the deal because you have such good credit.  Many finance managers know that the loan approval department At the banks will less likely pick your deal apart if you have really good credit.  So what some car dealership finance managers are doing Is ( oh well we know this customer only makes $1500 a month but we're going to stretch the truth and tell the lender the customer makes $2300 a month )

They type in information into their computer off of your credit application that they choose and then they stretch the truth about your income and put that data in their computer and send it off to his many lenders as possible.  And what they're really doing is trying to find a bank that will get the lowest interest rate possible.   At this point they're trying to create what's called a point spread of profit let me explain.  Let's say on your contract you have a 10% interest loan. Now I'm sure you probably didn't read that before you sign the contract you probably don't even know what the interest rate is but let's say that you have a 10% interest loan on your car

And in that contract it does not reveal the name of the bank that you will be making the payments to measure and there is a reason for that. The finance manager will send your deal proposal to as many lenders as possible to try to find a lender that will approve you for say 5% interest rate.

If he gives you bought at 5% interest and you contracted at 10% there is a five point spread in the rate.  That means you stay at 10% at the dealership got brought at 5% so that extra 5% goes to the dealership.  And that's the reason why they do not print the name of the bank on the contract that way they can ship the contract to any financial institution for loan approval.  I'm sure you have many inquiries on your credit report now but I'm also sure they didn't tell you that they would do that if they did.

What you need to do is contact your lender after you find out who it is and tell them that your dog chewed up your day planner and your address book and here is why.  You want to tell them that your dog chewed up your day planner and your address book and you want some information off of the credit application you filled out to rebuild your address book. Most credit applications require you to put references family members and other people that you know on the credit application as references for the lender.  Give the lender your correct mailing address and ask them to send you that documentation

Once you get the documentation then you will see what the dealerships personnel told the bank about your deal and your income.  If what the bank send you is not exactly what you told the dealership now you have wire fraud. At that point you will be a victim of predatory lending tactics.

Next we have a situation that's called CSI Diversion.  Now I'm sure that you were many other people that read my postings do not know what that is.  CSI means Customer satisfaction Index. All new carmakers want to know if the customer was happy or not when they bought their new car. So what they want to do is send you a survey by mail or by email or maybe even by phone to find out if you are happy with your car and your dealership and their behavior.

The way they contact you is the dealership tells the auto manufacture you're Correct mailing address email address and phone number. They are supposed to give correct information but many elect not to do that. Many will send the auto manufacturer fake contact information About you the car buyer.  That way the auto manufacturer cannot contact you if the dealership send them fraudulent contact information

I have caught many dealerships sending auto manufacturers their employees contact information that way the dealership's employees Can fill out the surveys for the dealership Trying to make the auto manufacturer think that you are much happier than you are.  Dealerships do not want to auto manufacturers to find out about unhappy customers they do not want the unhappy customers telling the auto manufacturers about their crappy behavior.

So you need to contact the auto manufacturer and ask them if they have your correct contact information think about it for a second. If the auto manufacturer does not have your correct address how can they send you any safety recalls about defective components on your car that might cause a accident injury or death ???

If your automotive financing company sends you any documentation that's not truthful it's not documents that you filled out signed or seen you are a victim or could be a victim of predatory lending tactics. Attorneys that do not like fraud would love a case like that trust me I know.

Next we have to talk about it the dealership called you back to re-sign some documents that work filled out correctly to get you approved or Any other reason they want you to come down to sign some extra documents because the Finance manager or the salesman forgot to get you to sign something extra, Refuse refuse refuse refuse to sign anything extra nothing absolutely nothing.

At this point I'm sure you do not trust them,  so if there lips are moving over the phone or face-to-face refused to sign anything and I mean refuse !!!!!!!

Now I'm going to put in this posting a video that I want you to watch it is a video of a man Need Jim Ziegler He is Amanda is very well-known in the auto industry is what He trains sales people to ask for all the money.  Jim Ziegler does not teach fraud he does not teach deceptive and dirty ways he does not do that.  He tries to motivate people at dealerships to be more aggressive at earning a customer's business. As long as I have known him he has never taught any fraudulent ways to dealerships employees that's not his bag he does not do that.

I ask that you watch these couple of training videos it will teach you how to understand the other side of the deal.  You have to remember it's all about money has nothing to do with good feelings and get you like your salesman, or that  you like the sales manager or somebody els.  is not about Liking anybody it's about money And only about MONEY.

Now watch these videos and learn a little bit more about the other side

Automotive Sales Training - Jim Ziegler

Confessions from a Car Dealer's Backroom

"I want to shop around" Objection - "I want to think about it"

Jim Ziegler GREAT VIDEO for ANYBODY

auto sales training Presenting the Numbers, Handling Buyers Objections

Steve Richards Presents the 4-Square, Then Handles Trade Objection

I hope you watch the above videos they will teach you a little bit more about the auto industry and how to negotiate when you buy a car I am very well-known and I'm getting ready to do something is going to shock the auto industry very soon. What I'm about to do is going to help consumers nationwide and they are going to love it.

Now I trust and hope that you and many others will watch the above videos it will help you be more informed when buying a car and if you don't like the numbers get up and walk out and remember questions will always save you money. Don't let no salesperson or finance manager or general manager control you, you control them if you don't like anything get up and walk out the numbers will always go down when you get closer to your car When they see that you're ready to leave their dealership

You can contact the bank where the dealership sent all of the sales contracts and tell them that you would like copies of all the paperwork that the dealership sent them. Make sure to get a copy of the credit application too. There is a chance that some of the paperwork was altered by the dealership. There is also a chance that yours, and your wife's, signatures were forged.

Feel free to 'Google' this- CAR SALES: TRICKS OF THE TRADE- DATELINE NBC CONSUMER ALERT, and watch that video on the web in order to see how the finance manager at a car dealership altered the customer's monthly income in order to get the deal approved by the bank.

If any of your paperwork was altered by someone at the dealership, you can contact a lawyer and pursue litigation against the dealership and possibly return the vehicle. If your signatures were forged on any of the legal documents sent to the bank, you can most likely get out of the loan and pursue fraud charges against the dealership. You might want to contact the Investigative Reporters at all of your local T.V. News Stations and send them a copy of your Ripoff Report, along with copies of all the loan papers that the dealership gave you and your wife.

Good luck to both of you, and make sure to spread your Ripoff Report all over the web at sites like Twitter and Facebook!

Buyers Remorse

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 24, 2013

Sorry but Buyers Remorse is not a RipOff.

From 9AM to 6PM you probably had a few dozen opportunities to leave.  They were not holding a gun to your head, they did not tie you to a chair, they were not holding your "first born" until you bought a car.   They did nothing that if you wanted to leave would keep you there.   That's right you of your own free will had the opportunity to use those two things attached to your body called legs to get up and leave.

But you didn't...so I hope you enjoy your new car.

As a piece of advise, next time you go and buy a car do not go to the Car lot without someone who has a backbone.
