 I have used Delicious Deliveries enough times to tell you they suck. If you order on a Friday or Saturday night expect about a 90 minute delivery. I have ordered and sat around waiting for my food and when it pasts the quoted time I call up and I am always told the driver is on the way and should be there momentarily. Another 15 minutes past and yet my food is still not there. So I call back and I am told driver should be arriving any minute and I am going to wave the delivery fee for being over 30 minutes late. So the food arrives and is cold and the sad thing is I don't know who's fault it is. Do I tip the driver or do I punish him for my order being late? I call back to speak with a manager and tell him the food is cold and I do not want to pay for it, I get told you can have a credit for next time under your account and I am like I am never going to use this service again just credit my card back. I am than told I have to call back to speak with someone during the day at the corporate office if I want my card credited back. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Your company is late and I have to call back the next day to speak with somebody else to get my card credited back because you cannot do it at night. What the f&#@!!! Funny thing is also when you order over a certain amount a gratuity is included of 12%. Now I have no problem except the gratuity is based on food, tax, delivery fee. What kind of company includes the gratuity on tax and delivery fee? When you go to a restaurant they include it only on the food total!! This is suppose to be a restaurant delivery service correct so why is the tip have tax and delivery fee included. Do not waste your time with this company they do not admit mistakes and have the poorest customer service ever when it comes down to admit if they made a mistake!!!

I would like to apologize that you had a poor experience with us in the past.  As the new Operations Manager for Delicious Deliveries, I would like to let you know that we would like to correct this problem that you had with us.

Being that Delicious Deliveries does suffer from erroneous complaints from a local competitor on many review sites and the limited information provided on the website, we would greatly appreciate if you gave us a call so that we can correct the problem you had with us in the past.  602-220-0000 ext 101
