Dell And DFS Dell has totally ripped me off of at least $3K Texas Nationwide

I go to purchase a system, my $5K credit is missing, I contact DFS, the sent a letter to a very old address but I got it, i wanted to place the new order but they insisted so I ended up with 3 purchase ID's and ANOTHER customer number that makes about 10 or more now. I get a xps gamer M1730 it breaks in a week, I had bought all the accidental, warranties, everything offered but tutor like tech help, they use that as an excuse not to talk to me about a broken $400 +tax blu ray drive they sent with my xps replacement, hang up like they can't hear me, etc, runaround, then the phone battery dies and i have to call back. I can't get service. I refuse to pay them and since all the credit co's are ruining our credit why pay? when I told them if they dont send me a new blu ray drive that works i will not pay they hung up on me and i have the warranty in front of me they keep transferring me til they hang up on me and i can' tunderstand the dialect of the people so they offer and UPGRADE to the over $500 warranty I have already paid to speak to english americans? i quit! then i get a $79 gift card, buy a c813 camera, open it today and the lense window is open, they said it has been 28 days not 21 and wont take it back, total rip off.

I have been a dell customer and bought a pocket pc that had to be replaced 4 times in 3 months or 2 months, i bougt a dm 8300 in 2004, 4 mo later new motherboard, i have had that replaced 3 times they sell junk for tons of money nothing works and can't ever get the righ tperson but have to call the same tech number. I quit I will not call again or pay them let them take me to court I dont care anymore.

I trusted to buy dell to do my work so i cant do my work this is a liability on me, i will have to use a computer from a friend and rebuild my old dell somehow with some new insides or build my own computer i dont trust them. I wanted to send everythign back, they refused. I keep it they can sue me I offered to ship it all back at my expense. They had also in the tv dept told me i can go over the $5k for $600 to get the tv, well it went on my credit report i went overdrawn and hurt my non flawed credit!!! i hate dell, i hate them all i dont care if it is illegal to hate i hate them for outsourcing when we have no jobs in america, DMFD!
