Dell Corporation, Dell Computer Corporation Unkept Promises,Bad Business, does not keep promises made,very bad ethics Round Rock Texas

I have been trying to resolve several issues concerning my dell deminsion 8400 computer, only to get on run-around after another. I have a technitian from dell out to my home four times in the last month, only too find out now that there are more issue with my system. They do not keep there word, and told me they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, of course without any return calls. I was told today that my computer was in good shape, only the sound card, and media driver card needs now replaced, well how much more does one have to go through, day after day. Only to be in a worse situation than when I started.

The guy from Dell called me today, and told me they were going to replace the computer, after all the issues I have had, needless too say he could not give me a dispatch or any other number to confirm this. I would not recommend anyone to Purchase, or buy any products from Dell , including, and especially there so called warranty. I have still not been able to use my computer, as stated when the tech was in my home today, and reported to Dell that everything was fine, with a couple of exceptions. Well, lets just say that is very incorrect.

I want to know if anyone else has had an issue that dell was going to correct and still has not kept there end of things. Therefore I think my step in this case, is to contact the Indiana attorney generals office, as well as the BBB , and channel six call for help.
