Dell Computer Bait and switch scam , Internet

I too received the following email from Dell 4 days after purchasing the Dell inspiron 14z for $299.99 on their Black Friday online sale 11/23/2012 which was for 3 hours starting at midnight. I had ordered and had confirmation within the first 1/2 hour of the sale. Upon receiving the email from Dell (see below)I called and got through to customer service after a two hour wait and they told me take what was offered or I could have $100. off any Dell Product.  The replacement Dell offered (inspiron 15) has a 4 hour battery life as opposed to the 7 hour battery life for the inspiron 14z and is regularly listed at $399.99.

4 days later I get a bait and switch email:
