I purchased a lap top from Dell.com I had ordered the computor they got the info to take my money then the next day I was told by my husband that I could get a discount through his work I called back and reordered the same computor but of course had another order number when I sent in the rebate with the forms I didn't know which one to use went on their website to get the order number wrote that number on the rebate form I would call about every 3 weeks and would get an answer like It is being processed give it about 6 weeks that turned into months then about 5 months later I get a card in the mail stating I had the wrong number on the rebate form Bottom line is I bought your merchandise I want the money back If my time was not up to return my computor I would and buy from someone else I had heard from several people I could count on 2 hands that the same thing has happened to them
