Pentagroup For DFell Fimnancial Servicex Harrassment following a Class Action Settlement Houston, Texas

The State of Oregon, along with 26 other States, recently concluded an investigation into certain business practices of Dell and entered into a Assurance of Voluntary Compliance, a legal agreement that has been filed with the Marion County Circuit Court in Oregon. Dell had agreed to modify its business practives regarding financing promotions and warranties and rebates.

While I was asked to submit a compaint as a Dell customer, harrassment by Dell for interest charges, ensued, even thoughy the account had been paid in full in January, I received some 30 automated phone calls in a period from April 13, 2009 to Sunday April 25, 2009 and continuing for additional interest charges.. I am disabled and had to block my telephone for all unregistered callers. I received a refund check from Dell, through a Washinton,D.C. Law Firm, in June, and now started receiving harrassing and rude phone calls from a Collection agency, identified as Pentagroup.
I consider that unlawful practices to attempt and collect interest charges, after a refund was based upon an agreement Dell reached with the Oregon State Attorney General under the "Assurance of Voluntary Compliance" filed with the Circuit Court court in Oregon. How can I stop these harrassing telepone calls? I am an 82 year old woman, partially disabled by a stroke, and
cannot tolerate such intentional infliction of harm and stress.
