Our kid wanted to get a Dell computer. He was going to pay the payments. We put it on Dell Credit. He didn't pay on time. Late charges were extreme. We called in for a payoff. Paid the amount we were told was the payoff. We are still getting statements with a late charge and interest.
We have tried calling the support number - were disconnected twice. Finally talked to a person (overseas) and thay said it would be taken care of. We don't believe them.
Don't buy using Dell Financial Services. They make more money off the financing than from the computer.
