The terms and conditions state that all communications will contain contact information for the company. After placing the order I received the confirmation email, this did not contain any contact information and was from an alias address:

I was charged for the product at the time of ordering. Looking on this website I am not the only customer to experience similar problems with this company. Any suggestions on how to proceed appreciated.
