Spoke with Terry Mack sales manager. I was brought into the office by sales person ***** ******. I sat down and then began to speak with Mr Mack. I said Im sure ***** has discussed my concern about the car start that was installed vs the car starter that was signed for. He said yes he is well aware but he is DONE with my sale and not doing anything further with it. I asked him about my acceptance of delivery that is signed and says owed We owe car starter (smart start) he said I dont care what is signed for we are done with your car I then explained to him that it is not what was agreed upon and signed for. He then stated You got one hell of a deal on your car and we are not putting any more money into it

He then goes to say You know ***** right? Brian being the installer, yes, I do he then says you know how much it costs to get the one installed you are looking for so if you want it buy it from him

He then states We are done here I said to him who can I file a complaint to and he says Myself

I asked him who his boss was and he says I am not going to give you that information I said back to him who can I contact to file a complaint he then says you figure that out your self we both stood up and he then points to the door and says LEAVE

The sales person follows me outside concerned and asked what happened. I explained the current situation that had happened.  He understood my concern and agreed that a customer should not have just been treated the way I was.
