Delray Credit Counseling Took payments and didn't send to creditors Delray Beach Internet

60 days ago I contacted these people via e-mail. After setting up the payment plan I was told the proposals would be taken care of and submitted within 30 days. As of today 12/19/07 approx. 45 days later niether one of my creditors have recieved payments or been notified of the proposals. The original aggreement was for $774.00 per month to be taken out of my checking. The second payment was for $801.00 which is not what we aggreed on. Furthermore I have not been able to reach them by phone or e-mail in the last few weeks to get the status on my account. Today I stopped payment on the account and plan to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and the BBB.
