The company agreed to hire goods for my wedding event, they provide invoice and I've paid in full the sum of 1,135.84 more than one month before event (12/06/2012).

The troubles started on the day of the shipping catering goods (20/07/2012), Ms Bebe from DeluxeHire called me 1 hour before the shipping time saying that I have to pay extra 60 for the chair covers, eventhough that was included in the previous invoice. She said that we need to pay since she can't provide white pads since all are dirty and not ready for dispatch?! I finished conversation with stating that i'm not going to pay for additional covers since she have to provide what we've ordered.

Finally chairs arrived with other equipment. The event was on 22/07/2012 and collection was set for Monday morning at 10am. All of the goods where counted individually and pack in their boxes. All items where stored in secure place and where waiting for delivery man.

On Wednesday 25/07/2012 (by the way my birthday), I've received a call from the delivery guy saying that he did collection and now is expecting additional 60 for the cost of the hired goods pickup. We started to argue since it was unclear for my why is he demandig money and trying to mingle Ms Bebe in to this, since I did not order a courier via DeluxeHire. Finally I've paid him 50 for a trouble.

This is not end of the story, I sent few emails to DeluxeHire regarding paying back my deposit. Never heard from them in writting. After 46 days of the goods collection by courier I've called Ms Bebe with questions where is my 220 from the deposit. She said that a few cutlerys where missing and one silver tablecloth, I've dissagree with her since I counted all of the items and pack them accordingly. I have asked for her estimation and she told me that she is charging me around 205 for the lost goods. Again I dissagreed saying that she is wrong. I said that I'll go to police and other Fraud Authority, she replied that I can even call FBI. She mentionned that she will not give me even remaining balance of 14.00 from the deposit.

Mr Wladek Order Was Delivered.

AUTHOR: DeluxeHire - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Friday, January 22, 2016

Mr Wladyslaw Krawiec Wladek agrees in his report that the order for his wedding was delivered so there's no dispute there.

Most often, disputes arise after the event when customers damage deposits are charged for breakage, damage and loss which nobody likes. But despite all the nagative reports about our business, we still successfully process hundreds of orders every year and that's because we deliver not let customers down as some would have you believe. We woundn't have a business otherwise.

Joe, one of our very good customers, has explained the dispute brilliantly and i fully support his rebuttal.

In regard to our VAT number, DeluxeHire has been registered since 2007 and that can be easily verified online.

Wladyslaw Krawiec, liar and scam artist, SHAME ON YOU TOO!

AUTHOR: Joe / Catering - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 29, 2013

Yes youre right, God is watching and he sees your heart.  Even when you claim to forgive, your latest report is full of malice and hatred. So far, all youve done is crawl the internet writing malicious reports about Deluxehire.  But these aside, lets not dwell on emotions but facts.

DELUXEHIRE OBLIGATION TO YOU
1, To deliver all hire goods in a timely manner and in perfect condition as per contract.
THEY DID as confirmed by yourself in your report.

YOURE OBLIGATION
1, to take care of the hire goods while in your possession.
2, As courier collection was not ordered, to return hire
goods as per agreement, or to make alternative arrangement for their return.
3, to pay emergency courier his due wage as pre-arranged.
Unfortunately Mr Wladyslaw Krawiec, you failed on every count so SHAME ON YOU TOO.

HOW DID THEY TREAT YOU?
Deluxehire must have done something right for you to choose them over more than 6 other hire companies in London.  I suggest everything was right before you guys called up confused about chair pad colours.  Nevertheless, they delivered 120 pieces of chair pad covers, waived the charge of 72.00 and 80.00 in labour cost just to please you BUT YOURE NOT SATISFIED.

Also, I understand you changed the delivery address from W1H 5HD to CR ., a distance of 14 miles.  An hours journey that would have incurred additional charge of 32.00 because you wanted to store the entire order (including 120 chairs!) in your living room or was it in the van you claimed to have hired for the return of the goods?  I understand Bebe offered this service complimentary.
STILL YOURE NOT SATISFIED.

Mr Wladyslaw, if the reason you did not bother to return the goods was because you had to rush off on honeymoon I would have understood, but you proudly tell everyone in your report that you were at your home on Wednesday, (you say your birthday) when the courier came knocking. (Did you spare a thought for others who could have been disappointed by your action? I bet not) you said you had no idea why the courier was there but you paid him some money anyway.  Sorry you make no sense.

Honestly, am not quite sure what more this company could have done for you.  Trust me; you would
have lost your deposit and more anyway had they decided not to collect the goods when they did. SO I SUGGEST THEY DID TREAT YOU WELL INDEED.

The conclusion is, writing defamatory and false reports about others work both ways.  Therefore therell be a Ripoff report about you too soon. Searches for Wladyslaw Krawiec  should yield interesting results because am convinced that youre nothing but a trouble maker, scam artist, liar and cheat.  And once again, BIG SHAME ON YOU for taking the Lords name in vain.

DeluxeHire are a con artists!

AUTHOR: AngieLou - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Friday, January 18, 2013

I completely agree with the author, DeluxeHire have ripped me off for more than 300, I have a CCJ against them and they continue to ignore it. They have moved premises and my last resort is to now send a bailiff to recover goods! Bebe adopts abhorrent business practices and rips people off on their wedding day!

I'm happy to know that there are some companies who do normal business with DeluxeHire, my experience is not the case. I don't care about getting the deposit back. I just want to point out that customer experience is not good side of the DeluxeHire and how they treated us I would never treat even my worst enemy! Shame on you DeluxeHire, you can't be trusted since you approach honest customers like me as a lier. Fraud of somones money is not the best move to get richer, please remember God is watching and I'm not here to judge any of you. Ms Bebe I forgive you for what you have done to us.

Who tried to scam who?

AUTHOR: Joe / Catering - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, January 07, 2013

I stumbled onto this site and was quite distressed to read this report about Deluxehire.   I am a chef
and a loyal customer who has worked with them for several years now.  I rely on them to supply all my catering and event equipment needs and they do this exceptionally well.  They have a comprehensive range of products of good quality to service the range of events that I cater for.   I just have to pick up the phone and call Bebe who is an experienced event manager, a chef and sound engineer and tell her about my event and she'll put together a quote making my busy working life a little easier. Therefore I was a little disappointed when I read this so I contacted them
to ask questions

They confirmed that they indeed know of Mr Wladek who was a customer and this report.   As far as
theyre concerned, they delivered to him a range of high quality products as per order for his enjoyment at his wedding. Goods were collected and his account now closed.

Mr Wladek agrees that they indeed delivered everything he ordered, in perfect condition and that he used them for his wedding.  There is no dispute here.

Mr Wladek claims he ordered chair covers but THIS IS NOT CORRECT.  I have taken the opportunity to look at the order list (uploaded on this website by Mr Wladek) there is no evidence of chair cover listed there.

It is my understanding that Mr Wladeks then girlfriend, who had problems communicating with Bebe in English, called Deluxehire the day before delivery was scheduled to confirm what colour chair PADS Mr Wladek had ordered. She was informed that standard colour for limewash chivari chairs PADS was cream and is included In the price of the chair hire. She claimed they had ordered white chair PADS but Bebe confirms this to be incorrect as they would have been charged extra for white, and there is no evidence of this order on her order list, and no extra payment was made as confirmed by Mr Wladek in the first paragraph of his report where he stated the total amount paid for the whole order.

In my experience, Bebe is correct.  When Ive ordered white chair pads for my chivari chairs, Ive always had to pay extra. This is standard practice amongst hire companies.  Bebe has confirm that there were white CHAIR PAD COVERS available but that they were in no fit state for hire as they had
just returned from an event.   She offered to have them specially prepared overnight for delivery along with original order for the sum of 60.00 but this was disputed and not accepted by
client.  Notwithstanding, Bebe confirms that as a gesture of goodwill and to please the bride despite her rudeness, they did indeed go out of their way to have white CHAIR PAD COVERS cleaned overnight at great expenses but at no further cost to the client.  Dispute was simply put down to language barrier and miscommunication.

Collection of goods
In Mr Wladek report, he claims that he did not order Courier Collection service from them.  This is
correct as it is not listed in his order list. Indeed he had assured Bebe that he had hired a van especially for the return of the goods on Monday 23rd July.  Bebe has also informed me that after
conversations with Mr Wladek in the week leading to his event, she sensed, from experience, that he would struggle to return the goods as promised especially with so many chairs involved.  She mentioned that she had asked him on several occasions to book a Courier Collection service but that the offer was declined.   Unsurprisingly, on Sunday evening, Mr Wladek contacted Bebe through their emergency service to request a collection service as he wasnt in a fit state to return goods after his wedding.  I understand Mr Wladek was informed that this service was not possible as they were fully booked and that goods must be returned as promised and as per contract.

After persistent calls from Mr Wladek, Bebe relented and passed over two independent courier contact details, asking Mr Wladek to deal directly with them with regard to timing and payment.  I understand Mr Wladek promised to be at the venue to ACCOUNT AND HAND OVER THE HIRE GOODS and to pay the driver whatever both of them agreed for the service.

On Monday 23rd July, Bebe and her colleagues tried on several occasions to contact Mr Wladev in order to confirm the arrangement for the return of the goods but were unable to do so as phones were either switched off or not answered, and no response to messages left.

I understand from Bebe that after all attempts to contact him had failed; a private courier was dispatched to collect the goods as the chairs especially had to return for another booking that evening.  I suspect Mr Wladek concluded that collection was now their problem, I guess if they wanted their goods back then they would have to arrange for them to be collected.

I understand that Mr Wladev NEVER DID SHOW UP TO ACCOUNT FOR THE GOODS HE HIRED OR TO PAY THE DRIVER AS HED PROMISED.  Mr Wladeks claim to have packed and stored everything in a safe place is not valid. Just going through that exercise doesnt mean that everything is accounted for or that a few cutleries out of 520 pieces that Mr Wladev hired didnt end up in the bin, or that a few plates didnt break or get left in the venue as they often do?  Mr Wladev promised to go to the venue but didnt show simply because he didnt want to account for lost goods and most of all, didnt want to pay the courier!  And I understand he made absolutely no attempt to contact Bebe or her colleagues until it was time to demand his damage deposit back.  Extraordinary!

Reading the below, the truth becomes obvious.
According to Mr Wladev, On Wednesday 25/07/2012 (by the way my birthday), I've received a call from the delivery guy saying that he did collection and now is expecting additional 60 for the cost of the hired goods pickup. (THIS IS THE 3rd DAY AFTER YOU PROMISED AND FAILED TO RETURN GOODS). We started to argue since it was unclear for my why is he demanding money (UNCLEAR?
LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR THEN MR WLADEV: YOU NEVER BOOKED NOR PAID DELUXEHIRE FOR
COLLECTION SERVICE AND YOU DID NOT ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE COLLECTION SERVICE! HE DID THE JOB AND THATS WHY HES DEMANDING TO BE PAID! IS THIS CLEAR?) and trying to mingle Ms Bebe in to this, (TRYING TO MINGLE MS BEBE INTO THIS? MS BEBE HAD TO ARRANGE THE COLLECTION SINCE YOU SIMPLY DISAPPEARED!  YOU DIDNT SHOW UP TO ACCOUNT FOR THE GOODS OR PAY THE COURIER! THATS HOW MS BEBE GOT MINGLED INTO THIS MR WLADEV!) since I did not order a courier via Deluxehire. (YES, YOURE CORRECT, ONCE AGAIN YOU DID NOT ORDER COURIER COLLECTION SERVICE FROM DELUXEHIRE NEITHER DID YOU MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENT TO RETURN THE GOODS. YOU FAILED TO SHOW TO PAY THE COURIER THEREFORE THE POOR GUY HAD TO TRACKED YOU DOWN TO YOUR HOUSE TO DEMAND PAYMENT!) Finally I've paid him 50 for a
trouble. (50? FOR A 5 HOUR JOB AT 25 PER HOUR STANDARD COURIER CHARGE IN
LONDON AND YOU THINK YOUVE DONE THE GUY A FAVOUR DO YOU? )

VAT REGISTRATION NO. 941 3250 50 fraud of the deposit Internet cries the heading?
Fraud of the deposit Internet?  What on earth has their VAT REGISTRATION or account got to do with this dispute? Who appointed Mr Wladev a VAT inspector?

This is obviously a malicious report filed by Mr Wladev because he lost his deposit, is bitter and wants to get back at Deluxehire.  Apparently he threatened he would and he did and it all seems rather ridiculous. In the end, Damage deposits are used to replace lost or damage goods and to pay for additional services provided.  This is standard practice for all hire companies.  In all my years dealing with them, it is the understanding that if I lose something then I replace like for like or pay for them.

After checking this one out, it holds absolutely true that there are always two sides to a story.  I
for one will continue to do business with them as its blatantly clear who the scam artist is!

Despite what has happened, I understand Bebe and her colleagues hold no ill for Mr Wladev and his family and wish them well.   Joe
