Dennis Automotive charged me over $500 for a repair that I later learned was unnecessary. I know of other customers who were likewise cheated by them. Dennis Automotive even has the gaul to post fake five-star reviews for their own company at many consumer websites, such as yellowpages, insiderpages, citysearch, judysbook, and google. At least, that is according to several of the negative reviews posted thereon. If you doubt this, check out Dennis Automotive's reviews at the first two sites. Mysteriously, all of the positive ones were posted from June, 2011 through June, 2012, often in the same day or week. Dennis even admits in a few of the five star reviews that he wrote them. Also, the grammatical errors are identical on all of the good reviews. These facts suggest that one person (the owner?) wrote all of them. Dennis Automotive even had the audacity to post negative reviews for at least three reputable repair shops, actually using his shop's name in two of them. Dennis Automotive heavily advertises so-called bargains to lure you into their store, only to coerce you into having costly, unneeded repairs done. Everything stated in this review is the truth. I am a real customer who was cheated by Dennis Automotive. All of Dennis Automotive's five-star reviews are very suspect for the aforementioned reasons. Do not have your vehicle repaired by Dennis Automotive unless you enjoy being defrauded!
