I hired Dennis Wilson Properties (Dennis Wilson) early 2012 and allowed him to review all potential tenants for my property. Dennis decided to go with a tenant with whom i expressed my concern. Still Dennis decided that it was still a good idea to rent my property to the tenant and his family. Needless to say, having hired Dennis Wilson Properties was the worst experience i have ever had with any management company!!! I asked Dennis to address the following concerns:
1. Tenant lied on the lease about being a non-smoker; in fact tenant was a very heavy smoker with hundreds of cigarette buts all over the property and when i brought this up Dennis did nothing but tell me that the tenant was in fact a light smoker!!!! Really Dennis??? You want proof???
2. Dennis failed to visit the property unpon my request and became very agitated when i asked him to go and inspect the property. I have countless emails and phone messages to support this!!!!
3. Tenant wanted to break his lease because i had decided not to renew it...I advised Dennis that the tenant would have to pay a penalty for the breaking of the lease. Dennise instead took the position of the renter and asserted that i never asked the tenant to pay a penalty.
4. Tenant stole property that was left behind either for their personal use or because it was apart of the garden and/or house accessories. Again Dennis did nothing and instead had the nerve to blame me for leaving the property and asserted that the tenant did not take anything and that it was my fault the property was gone because i had left it there!!! Go figure!!!
Overall, havng Dennis Wilson as a property manager was the worst f**king experience ever and all he cared about was collecting a check every month. As far as i am concern you did nothing!!! and if i have to, i will post every email, text message, letters and/or telephone message on here to support what i am say. I would love for Dennis to respond to this post so that i may reply with all of my evidence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all since you are questioning my integrity as to the events that took place over five years ago.... What took you so long to respond!? You do not know me Sir nor have we ever met so i would you caution when you make such a statement about me and what business relationship I had with Dennis. Maybe your experience was different than mine. I can only speak truthfully to what has happened to me during the time I hired Dennis. I have at least 15 documents as supporting evidence. What do you have regarding my situation in which you feel so obligated to make unsubstantiated comments. Additionally, I have numerous emails addressed to Dennis concerning my unhappiness with his service and the way he personally managed my property which I would be gladly to personally show you and/or anyone else !!! So before you speak know what you are talking about and be able to back it up and not just rhetoric. ......

I know for a fact that this is all a lie. Dennis Wilson (Dennis Wilson Properties) has more integrity than anyone. He is always honest and fair. He has even paid out of his own pocket when he feels bad for the owner when there are many expenses for the owner in a short period of time.
Dennis ALWAYS favors the owner of the property in any conflict, and often pays bills just to avoid the upset of the tenant OR owner. He strictly evaluates all tenant applications and character of the prospective tenant.
I don't know what kind of satisfaction this guy gets out of writing these false accusations. Some people feel so entitles and lack willingness to take accountability. It's quite sad accually.
Also, RIPOFFREPORT.COM is a terrible 'company' that lacks any desire of credibility or respect.
