An employee an Denny was cleaning the window shelf where a dead fly laid. Then she proceeded to wipe the dining table with the same clothe!
My friend and I ordered a pancakes breakfast. We noticed accross at a table, two pancakes were not eaten. Five minutes later, we got the pancakes, where my pancakes were warm and tender, but my friend's pancakes were cold and hard to cut through. Recyling is a good thing to do, but not with food.
In making their ommelette, instead of mix the cheese with the inside ham and veggies, the cheese was dropped on the top and the sausages were burned black on side and uncooked on the other side.
When we complained to the managers, they did nothing to rectify the problems. They do not care of cleanliness, the poor cooking and lack any customer satifaction. They are a rip off!!

what do you suggest? clean up the dead fly

Out of curiousity what exactly did you expect them to clean up the dead fly with? Do you use a seperste dead insect towel at your home? Does it really matter, I mean it is not like you eat the food straight off the table, or at least I hope not. Also do you have proof that they used the pancakes across from you as your meal? That sounds a little paranoid. However food quality should have been better and I am sure that is a valid complaint.
