My wife and I read a report on MSN on a few teeth whitening businesses that were offering free samples for less than $4.00 shipping and handling that had apparently great results and we had to check it out. We followed the links links posted and sure enough they were offering samples of their products for less than $4.00 shipping and handling. I ordered my samples and so did my wife ony she had entered our address incorrecly on her order and since we figured it was less than $4.00 why not order it again ensuring our address is correct and we reciece this product. Eight days pass and we get our teeth whitening products in the mail, cool right? Well, on the tenth day my wife comes to me and asks why is there $277.11 missing from out account? I don't know, so I check it out and sure enough there are three payments to Denta White for $92.37! I call the company immediatly and demand my money back. The customer service representative begins to tell me that on the 10th day from ordering the free sample you are automaticaly place in an ordering service of $92.37. I told her I do not want that and I have'nt even had time to try the product to dertermine if I like it or not. She tells me that if I want my money back I will have to mail back the FREE SAMPLES and I get only half the $92.37 for one package that I opened! I requested to speak to a manager and she took down my name and number and has not called me back. That was two days ago! I have served for over six years in the U.S. Army and have spent three deployments, three years in Iraq for this d**n country and I would never treat someone the way this company has treated me or the many others that have fallen into this trap. DO NOT USE DENTA WHITE, they will take your money with no remorse.
