I was advised in March that the error was found and would be corrected and we would receive our refund in 4-6 weeks and now 8 weeks later I received a letter stating the payment of $344.00 was paid to Wayne County Friend of the court for debt owed.
I have spent a total of 5 hours on the telephone trying to resolve this and I have not been able to get any help. The last person I spoke with in Wayne County Friend of the Court telephone center a Camiel said I had to fax a copy of my drivers license & SS card to them with a letter to request a correction.
I need help from someone. This is so wrong. If a company makes a mistake they should apologize and try to help as much as possible to get the error corrected.
