He told me that I was evading a payday loan and that the police were going to come to my house early in the morning to arrest me and I would have to do 6 months in jail.
He then asked me to confirm where I lived at, my social security and what kind of bank account I had.
I couldn't believe he knew so much about me. I told my cousin who is a cop and told me to report it as this is an attempt to steal my identity.
BTW: The cops never showed up and my check that I was supposed to get the next day, I still got. It was never garnished. So this confirms that he was attempting to steal my identity.
