Firts of allI didnot received my registration renewal because i changed my address, so a month later Irealized that my tags were already expired.When down to the dmv and got to the window thatI called upon, the younglady told me your total is $264.00 dollars, acourse i was shock I was not aware that dmv would charged that much for getting the renewal late, therefor i ask the young lady "why so much"? and shes like "oh because you delayed on gettg it on time" and i said ok i understand! so i provide her my atm card she swiped but unfortunately it didn't go through i just had about $180.00on the bank so the lady let me keep the receipt of the declined transaction and this lady was charging mesupposedly system showing$264.00it was outrageous to me couldn't believed it. SoI told the young lady that I would come back instead.Next day came I went to the same DMV and my surprised I got thesame window sameyoung lady!So this time I have the $264.00but in cash. So there she goes again the young lady telling me the same total. I payed the money now I received the receiptand immediately noticing that the receipt shows a different amountis $152.00stating the I payed in cash. I continued by asking the young lady why it onlya lowered amount and she stated that the $112.00dollars go somewhere else and she's not able to provided a receipt for that and she even proceeded to get mystikers(tags) for me from the lady next to hercubicle and shes like okey your set, at first I did not think anything bad about thisyou just never thinkan employee from the DMV would robbed you! So I walk away becauseI was clueless about what to believed I mean cmon the firts time I try to payed she was going to charged my card so why wouldn't she worrying about getting caught that way receipt not matching the atm transaction! So to get rid of y doubts I called the 800number line just to confirm whatI got exactly charged for and that ths young lady wasn't lying to me. To my surprised the representative on the phone stated that system only showed that it should onlycharged me $152.00 not $264.00 dollars, oh I was so irritated mad very mad so the representative suggested to go back the DMV office and speak to a supervisor regarding the situation. I immediately look to check if the young lady was at her cubicle but wasn't maybe out to break I thought, desperately I found and spoke to a supervisor she instructed me to do a report on everything that hadhappened andsignedand dated, she also took copies of my registration the sticker(tags) and myI.D and accourse the atmreceipt while this was going onI'd seen the young lady coming back from break the supervisor briefly spoke to her and then I saw the young ladynot going back to her cubicle but walking towards the exit door, at the end the supervisor adviced she will forwarded to theappropriate department that handles this kind of situations and that I will be contacted but as of now it will go under investigation.
