I cannot believe what I went through though. This contract employee was out to make my life a living hell the moment I walked through the door with my 3 and four year old. As soon as I walk in the place, we get in line, and I was talking to MY TWO children, no one else, about us getting our ticket number and taking bathroom breaks. She butts in and informed me in a TOTALLY RUDE fashion where the bathroom was. I have been there before and I already knew that, and told her politely that I was waiting on my ticket and I am getting that first before anything. She rudely replies(which I didn't ask) your going to be waiting along time! I replied we don't need to go to the restroom, and I am waiting in line. About 20 min of being in line when there were about 5 customers ahead of me, the lady at the front desk had asked us to have ALL DOCUMENTS ready. Considering I have TWO SMALL children, and theres no place to set things down because you are IN A LINE, I crouched on the ground, holding my 3 yr old to make sure he does not run off, and try to get all documents ready in hand. The lady second time gets rude with me, telling me I need to stop what I am doing and pick my stuff up and MOVE IN A RUDE FASHION YET AGAIN when I am just trying to get my stuff ready. THIS TERRIBLE SECURITY/EMPLOYEE/BITTER HUMAN BEING knows I have my hands full and is going out of her way to stress me out. My son threw up because he was sick to his stomach and I have someone going above and beyond to HARRASS me.I went to the bathroom and cried, and came out, people around that felt sorry for me actually started helping me out because I was having a panic attack. Finally got my ticket and went to sit down.Me and my children sat down for about ten min, and I decided we shall go to the bathroom. I got up there this lady was! She told me to PUT MY CHILDREN IN A SEAT BECAUSE THERE WERE PEOPLE TRYING TO TAKE A TEST. WE LITERALLY JUST STOOD UP. IT WAS UNCALLED FOR, RUDE, AND SHE WAS PICKING ON ME JUST TO PICK ON ME. I finally got called up to the next counter. AND GUESS WHAT? That lady was there again standing behind me, when SHE KNOWS I AM HAVING A PANIC ATTACK AND IS BASICALLY TRYING TO MAKE IT WORSE. TRYING TO MAKE ME FREAK OUT. THERE WERE TONS OF PEOPLE IN THAT PLACE BUT I WAS THE ONE SHE WAS OUT TO GET. AND I EVEN TOLD THE LADY AT THE COUNTER BECAUSE SHE SAW ME SHAKING AND ASKED IF I WAS OK. CHECK THE VIDEO OF ME. SEE WHAT STATE OF MIND THIS WOMAN PUT ME IN, AND KEPT PUSHING MY BUTTONS, WHAT IF SOMETHING SERIOUSLY HAPPENED TO ME BECAUSE SHE KEPT PUSHING ME OVER THE EDGE? ANYWAYS, I WENT TO THE NEXT LINE, OF COURSE SHE FOLLOWED ME THERE OF COURSE, AND FINALLY WHEN I GOT MY ID COVERED IN TEARS AND SMEARED MAKEUP BECAUSE OF HER I TRIED TO GO OUT THE BACK DOOR TO AVOID HER SHE UPSET ME SO BAD AND SHE FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE!!I SAID "YOU CAN'T HELP BUT TO FOLLOW ME AND BOTHER ME CAN YOU?!!! I PAID FOR MY LICENSE I DO NOT DESERVE THE LICENSE I HAVE COVERED IN TEARS! I DO NOT DESERVE THAT TREATMENT! I DID NOT DESERVE TO WASTE MY LIFE WRITING THIS! I DID NOT DESERVE A PANIC ATTACK. WATCH SURVALLIENCE VIDEO AND SEE HER FOLLOWING ME, HARRASSING ME, AND SEE WHAT I WAS DOING SO WRONG FOR HER TO TREAT ME LIKE THAT!

Here are some things that you can do:

1.  Find out who is in charge of that branch office. Hopefully, it's not that harpy that was picking on you. Complain to the manager and see where that leads. If that gets you nowhere, try the Secretary of the Dept. of Transportation in your state.

2. Call up you local State Representative or State Senator. They love votes, and they love to make brownie points with their constituents... they can apply pressure like you have NO idea. First you will speak to an aide, but they can still help; they wield a lot of power as the elected officials "right hands". But make sure that you are clear and concise in your description of what happened. Write out your talking points ahead of time, because if you mix up details, it ruins your credibility.

3. You can always take your story public; news stations LOVE to take down rude and nasty employees, whether they are private or public employees.

I hope this helps. I hate to see people get bullied, especially by our "public servants".
