So on January 18, 2012 while sitting in my livingroom texting one of my friends I got a phone call at which when I looked at my caller id i did not know who it was so I let it go to voicemail.  When I listened to the voicemail I was told by the so called "Robert Smith" that I needed to respond to the phone call or have my attorney respond.  If I did not respond then "good luck while this unfolds on you."  I could not believe this so I called the number back.  When I called back I had to talk to a woman to which  I have no clue what her name was because I could not understand her.  I kept asking her what was the reason you guys called.

She told me that she was going to read the reason that she called and I was not to interupt her at all while she was reading this.  While she was reading she told me that I was being served by a sheriff tomorrow at my place of employment.  They were sueing me for check deception, and identy fraud because I recieved a payday loan in my account and I did not have the money to pay it back.  When she finished I asked her why would I get a payday loan and not have the money to pay it back.  She told me that I could take it up with the police office tomorrow and explain it all to them.  Then she hung up.

I was still in shock so I called back and was asking them who it was and their response was "Who the F*ck is this?"  I was like hold on I was just trying to figure out what was going on and they asked me if it sounded like they were kidding.  I was like well no and he told I was being arrested tomorrow and I could take it up with the police then. 

So after that I contacted the sheriff department and explained what was going on and they ran some reports on me and found that there was nothing on me.  Then I called the BBB and left them a message about the situation.  After talking to the BBB.  The guy had the b*lls to call me back.  I then asked him who he was and what was the reason he called.  Then I said the funny thing is that I called you two hours ago and discussed everything with them.  He then told me that he had no record of me calling which is funny because the sheriff department called them and they would  not answer the phone.  He then told me that I was being arrested tomorrow at my place of employment and I just said whatever and hung up.

You know my thought to the whole thing is these dumba**es need to go find a real job and get the f*ck out of our country.  THIS IS AMERICA for a reason!!!!!!!!!!
