My parents ordered 2 items totaling 37.80 back in May of 2002 fronm Deer Creek Products. Items were never received. I called the company over and over but could never get any cooperation. The toll free number would not take any complaints but instead, gave me a long distance number to call. When I called, I only got an answering machine that put me on hold. It was very obvious that this was some sort of scam.
