Derek Bollwinkel was part of a company named Apex Enterprises, where they would buy homes that were on foreclusers and then rent them out to indiviuals for only $500. a month. To move in you would pay first and last month rent.
Well I rented one of them on Oct. 4th 2008 but when i got the key for the house i thought i was really going to move in but the next day i went to start moving in & the key wouldn't open the door cause they had changed the locks & locked us out but i got in through the garage. I never got to live in the home, i even called Derek he said that everything was ok that we had nothing to worry about but we did cause the owner came down and said that we either get out of the house or police would be called but we told them we had a lease agreement from Derek and we gave them a copy of the lease agreement. Then we got a call the next day to give the owners the key of the house and he would refund all of the money and we should recieve in 2 days but we still have not got anything but something needs to be done cause he is going to keep ripping people off. To this day i've still been trying to call Derek but getting no return calls so it's time to get him and the people he works for from ripping people off.

Here it is end of 2013 and these two people, Sydnee and Derek, aka Walker, are STILL ripping people off and getting away with it. We all need to get together and haave meeting, bring all our proof together and go after them. Any suggestions?
