Avoid this company. Contact Point. We are writing this as we have had an extremely bad experience with this company. One
of their sales employees in particular Derek Hunter who will take out a personal vendetta using Social Media if you do not leave him good feedback on his work profile following unsatisfactory work carried out. 

Not only are this companies job posts misleading they are also exceptionally overpriced for the work they do. We have also since received abusive phonecalls, messages and updates on our company blog from Derek hunter since leaving the due feedback for this companys poor service. Avoid them at all costs.

Many thanks for contacting us Craig. We were happy to receive your message.

We have been having problems with Contactpoint LLC also and continue to do so from Derek Hunter attacking us via our blogs and social media.

We have complained to his company Contactpoint LLC many times however unfortunately nothing has been done. He has phoned us so many times drunk, emailed, blogged and even tried to access and comment on our Facebook linkedin and youtube accounts.

We are sick of this guy. Let us know what we can do. We will do our best to help everyone rectify their situation.

AT LAST!!!! Contactpoint LLC is being seen for what they really are. A BUNCH OF BANDITS!!!!

How happy I am to see this. I have tried so hard mself but nothing has made a difference. My hands were pretty much tied. Even legally I didnt have a leg to stand on due to ther contract full of holes! At least this gives a glimmer of hope for cash i'd written off.

My experience also tells that www.contactpoint.com are not only thieves but also huge liars!

Ive lost nearly a thousand dollars when they did nothing but cause problems for my hotel business. Their contract has so many holes in it that I never even looked at initially. I kick myself now. It will never happen again.

I too heard the name Derek Hunter when i sought hotel telesales and telemarketing for my business in Pasadena. In all honesty I never spoke to Derek Hunter although all letters and emails all came through him. I just assumed he was a manager and signed it all off. It seems some of you have had the displeasure of his acquaintance though. I'd like to hear from you. I have tried to contact everyone on these posts about Contactpoint and would definitely like to hear back from you all. These guys have been a pain in my side for months. Now with the threatening letters and calls demanding more money from Derek Hunter it is becoming so stressful I feel like a criminal, eventhough I know they are the ones in the wrong.
By a simple search on the internet I am now finding many more victims who have lost money to this company and even found Derek Hunter's own blog and twitter account in the name of Contactpoint LLC also. www.derekmhunter.com. The guy seems like a real idiot with a real big mouth if indeed he even exists as on many complaints I have found the company denies his existence. I reckon they're just all just a bunch of crooks.

Haha. I hate ContactPoint LLC. They are nothing but liars and cheats. Im still waiting for my money back. They have a crazy clauses in their contracts too. Be very wary of Contactpoint. Read your fine print carefully if you are with them. If not avoid them like the plague.

Chinese Company - Scam

This is in response to my report a genuine grievence with Ripoff Report earlier in the day.  Details are as follows:

Jason Hurley of Ultimahub Business Solutions contracted me via Fiverr to provide them with some marketing work on LinkedIn.  After ordering my services, Jason demanded that I provide more work than what he paid for and, if I did not, he threatened to leave negative feedback, which would have a severe impact on my stream of clientele.  At present I have 100% rating, and I believe I was targeted because I am a well-respected supplier with many happy customers.

I took to Twitter and Facebook to voice my displeasure.  After doing so, I received a string of threatening emails from Joan Liu insisting that I delete all of the negative comments.  She further accused me of being "drunk," and admonished me for calling the company on several occasions (despite never answering my call).  On top of the name calling, she threatened legal action if I did not remove the comments.  I insisted that my right to issue such statements about my experience with the company was well within my rights, and I tried to put a stop to the harassment and offer an olive branch, but it was to no avail.

I highly recommend avoiding this company: vendor, customer, or otherwise.  They're unethical and try to force people to do their business without paying for it.  Buyer and vendor beware!
