Derek Malam is a conman and a fraudster... He claims to be an ex metropolitan Policeman, he has never been a policeman. He was a CEO of a mobility company called Sun mobility INC and he had a partner called Ken Hollowell who is also a crook and a fraudster. Do not trust any of the afforementioned individuals with your hard earned money...You will become a victim of fraud. He claims to be an honest businessman it couldn't be further from reallity. Malam and Hollowell are currently being sued as individulas by a company called Loder investments LLC in order to recover their life savings. Malam has since relinquished his position as CEO to his partner in crime Hollowell. Once the net was closing in on these cockroaches they closed the business down in a failed attempt to escape justice an admission of guilt by this response. Malam has since involved his elderly parents by a quickclaim on his Orlando residence...A criminal act that will lead to prosecution.
They are both vile individuals who will be brought to book and it will cost them far in excess of whatt hey currently owe Loder investments LLC.

The person who said he is replying on behalf of Mr Malam is in fact Mr Malam attempting to hide behind a key board like the gutless coward he clearly is. A certain mobility company owner who successfully sued Malam and received a handsome payout due to Malams criminal activity has also received cowardly messages on similar threads, you see Malam can't handle the fact he's a criminal and he's in total denial!!! Once the Loders have won their case and received judgement perhaps this vile individual will see sense?

Have been asked to post a reply on behalf of Mr Malam. I hope all that have been asking questions get to read his reply. Very comprehensive and to the point.

Mr Robert Loder and Mrs Sandy Loder
I would suggest that you and your family get your facts right before spouting your mouths on this and other forums.
The facts of the matter are clear and WILL be proven should this go to court.
1. Robert & Sandy Loder signed a LEGALLY BINDING FRANCHISE AGREEMENT in October 2011. This agreement was for a Sun Mobility franchise in Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton FL. At the same time as signing the 20 page franchise agreement, which locked them in to the purchase, they handed over a check for $15,000 deposit. There was NO MALL LOCATION IN THIS AREA.
2. Once the agreement was signed, the Loders asked if they could change their Franchise Location to be St Petersburg & Clearwater. Sun Mobility allowed this change.
3. Loders asked Sun Mobility if we would assist them in obtaining a Mall Location, which we agreed to do.
4. Once Loders received their visa to work in the USA on the business, and within a few days of their on site training being completed, they had contacted a lawyer to attempt to get their money back.
5. The Loder's frivolous law suit caused the termination of Sun Mobility.
6. The quit claim deed on the house is perfectly legal. Please do not flatter yourselves that it had anything to do with you. It was a simple business transaction between my parents and I.
7. If this goes to court, and the courts are presented with the HARASSMENT, and THREAT case that the British Police are conducting against the Loder's and their family members, they will get a very clear indication of your character.
8. As for your trash about myself never serving as a Police Officer, once again, your facts are totally wrong. That does not surprise me though. It seems that due diligence is not your strong point.
The facts WILL speak speak for themselves.
THERE ARE MANY MORE POINTS THAT THE LODER'S HAVE EITHER FORGOTTEN ABOUT OR EXCLUDED TO MENTION IN THEIR RANTS.
Everything has been documented at this end, and is all prepared to hand over in evidence at any time. The wording with the courts is The Truth, the WHOLE truth and nothing but the truth. For someone who only deals in half truths, this is going to hit you hard.
