This "miracle" skin gel company promises you a "risk free trial' of their product for $ 3.99.  Somewhere in the advertising it mentions a 14 day trial period.  But they don't send any paperwork with the product at all. What you get is the little bag with the product in it. No return or cancellation instructions. Not even a customer service telephone number. The order confirmation page they send, by email, also does not have any customer service number on it.

No mention of the 14 day trial period, starting the day you placed the order.  So, you're left guessing how and when to contact them to cancel the automatic membership. So, on the 15th day after you order the trial product, they charge $89.71 for the "Trial "bottle they say is a full size bottle.  They do graciously offer a 25% "refund ($22.43)  They will cancel your "automatic membership" and offer you another trial of some other membership.    I had to get their telephone no. off my credit card statement in order to cancel.    Another hard lesson learned!

Dermajuvenate and Rejuveyecare products

I have placed a complaint with you already concerning Dermajuvenate and rejuveyecare beauty products.  However, I have been reimbursed through my bank the full amount of the purchase.  I did make an official fraudulent complaint with my bank - these charges were done on my debit card.  The bank did their investigation and I have my money returned in full.  If anyone has had this issue with Dermajuvenate and rejuveyecare, please, please contact your bank and let them know.  If enough of these complaints are received, maybe they will be forced out of business.  This definitely is a scam and we women have a weak moment every once in a while.  But we must follow through with the proper procedures to stop this scam.

I tried Derma Juvenate products in September 2012, ordered from their official website. Never expected that their service is so horrible. 

First, their products have quality problem.

I totally ordered two bottles Derma Juvanate. Both of them missed the straw tube. It's so unbelievable stupid mistaken.

Second,they cheated the customer.

When I called them to tell them the problem that they missed to install the straw tube of their products, asked them to send the missed part to me. They promised me to send them to me immediately. Then, three weeks later, I didn't received the missed part. Then, I called again, repeated, got their same promised, two weeks waiting, still no result. Then called again, repeat the same story. Today, I decided to complain, made the sixth times phone call, repeated the fifth time story. They refused to send the missing part to me this time, which pissed me off, I was angry to their cumstomer agent, asked for toe talk with their manager, finally, their manager refused to talk to me, but the agent told me that they promised and guarentee that they will send the missing straw tube to me. 

Third, they took money from my mastercard without my permission.

75 days waiting, total cost about 200$ fee for the product, except getting their sixth times oral promise,  I'm still waiting for the missing straw tube.  So horrible customer service.

 I have ever tried other company similar products, actually, I think they are even better product quality, better effect than Derma Juvenate, never missed part of product, I never met such  dishonest customer service as Derma Juvenate company has done.

Yah, all that's there online to read but if you don't get it printed before you click on "order" all that stuff disappears and never comes back via confirmation page in email form ! If you don't memorize it, then you don't have it to refer to !
