Derma Remedies LLC Derma Remedies Will not return emails requesting a refund or RMA to receive one Bunker Hill, Internet

I bought some of their products from Amazon. When I had questions, I contacted them off of the supplied directions pamphlet provided and they were always responsive and friendly.  I bought both their Wart DX and Skin Tag DX which both worked.

I later bought Anal Fissure medicine (directly from their site and not Amazon) which did not work for me, as I later found out I had a separate condition. When I called to return they offered me a replacement product of my choosing. When I politely declined they refunded in full after I returned the empty bottle..... No hassles.

Don't believe everything the FDA Government tells you. They claim natural products that work (maybe not for all) are harmful, but have no problem approving chemical drugs with severe and harmful side effects in which the Federal Government has a financial stake from the big pharmaceutical lobbyist.... Think About it!!

Oh!.......And there is two sides to every story.

The Company finally agreed to refund my money and gave me 10 days to return the product. They in turn did refund my money though PayPal Gift. I sent it back via USPS Priority Mail, Insured with tracking, just to be safe with the 10 day limit. I would strongly encourage any customer to do the same. I won't go into any details, as part of the refund agreement also included removing any negative comments from the web and that I would not enter any more negative comments in the future.This is not possible on this site so I'm doing the next best thing to comply with the agreement. One thing I will say,which is NOT negative is the website IS and had been down and when you call,all you can do is leave a message. I did have to exchange a lot of emails and finally, after emails with the supervisor the refund agreement was made.
