Dermawand Deceptive Website Offer Internet

I went to www.dermawand.com, even after reading all the horrible reviews on this website, because I read some positive reviews about the product. They have an offer that is a supposedly "Free" demo. So I ordered. On the home page it says "No shipping charges" but when you go through the ordering process you cannot proceed with out selecting to agree to shipping, so putting this offer on your home page then not being able to process your order with out agreeing to pay for shipping is a bait and switch I think or just a lie.

Then they ask you to select many "bonus offers". One was a warranty. Since I've also read that the customers often complaint that the product works but sometimes breaks after 3 months but also this is supposed to be a "free" trial offer with "free" shipping and no billing to my credit card until after thirty days I decided to get the one year warranty because I may return after 30 days anyway.

The website automatically checks the life time warranty then when you go to confirm your shopping cart there is not way to change anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the web design was poor and it was New Years day and no one was there to answer my calls so I sent them an email to customer service and gave them 24 hours to respond. I asked them to adjust my invoice to reflect their website offer and there has been no response.
