Dermitage, Kumaara, Caracol Cream, Syndero INC Skin Care products I first found Dermitage and it sound like it was going to just be a free sample/trial so I signed up and when signing up they also suggest using Kumaara along with there product to get the best results so I signed up for that free trail as well. As soon as I applied for it I got an email stating the conditions and terms and how I had to return the products within 14days if I didn't want to be charged another $99.95 and for Kumaara another $85.95. So the next day I called them and told them no longer wanted the product due to their terms and conditions that I did not agree with. I asked them to even stop shipping, which they said they couldn't stop the shipping and that I would need a merchandise return number to return the product at my own expense (Not a free product). So I got the first product called them back up complained and argued with them and finally got my return merchandise number. I shipped back to them and they should receive it within three days. I haven't received my second package but I plan on returning that one as soon as I get it for the same reason. Tonight I was looking online on google maps and plugged in the return address which if you turn on the satellite tab and zoom into the building its labeled as Caracol Cream and not Dermitage. What is also interesting as Caracol Cream's website is set up the same as Kumaara and Dermitage and they all have the same address. They also claim that Syndero, Inc. makes their products which may be true and that company may not be a scam. But highly believe that Dermitage, Kumaara, Caracol Cream all work in the same building and are actually in fact the same scam to get peoples money. I will also mention at this time that not only after your "free" trial do you get charged automatically for 99.95 or 85.95 but you they also sign you up to receive the product and get charged automatically every month. If you didn't read this before stumbling on these companies, return your products ASAP and go to your bank and let them know to not let them charge anything to your account and cancel the card you used to purchase so they can't charge you. I've decided that you have to be extremely careful buying online, there are way to many scams and when it doubt don't buy online or only buy online with websites that go to a store front that you've been too or are a trusted website. Stay away from small business that only sell online. If they don't sell their stuff in stores there's a reason for it. Companies like this make me want to become a lawyer just so I can rip into them for everyone.
