This person pretended to be my friend. He acted like he needed money and found good excuses that lets the people around him justify giving him what he wants. I lost hundreds of dollars. There is also concerns that this person is HIV positive. Do Not Sleep with this person. If you do sleep with this person please use protection.

This message is in follow up regarding Derrick J. Dailey with REM STUDIO's. It has been brought to our attention that Derrick Dailey, Robert Latte & REM Studio's has been sued by the Illinois Attorney General with a Civil Warrant regarding their deceptive business practices etc. REM Studios was not represented at trial and was found responsible for all charges brought against them. It has also been brought to our attention that Mr. Derrick Dailey also known as DJDailey, DJDailey01 and Derrick Jerome Dailey has numerous outstanding criminal warrants against him. One of them is for Theft of Property above 2000k which is a Felony and the other Criminal Warrant was taken out by the State of Illionois vs. Derrick Dailey for 5 counts of Felony Fraud, 1 Count of Deceptive Business Practices and 5 counts of Felony Forgery above $500.
If you know Derrick Dailey please be aware that he has stolen, deceived and done whatever it takes to obtain money, jewelry (for money) or other funds to live. He has been known to befriend gay guys or start relationships with them in order to deceive them and steal money from their checking accounts, credit cards etc.....Please google him and you will see what we are talking about!
We also just found out that one of the warrants against Mr. Derrick J. Dailey (Derrick Dailey) is a (FOJ) Fugitive of Justice Warrant brought up by the Attorny General of the State of Illinois. If you happen to know where Derrick Dailey lives please contact me ASAP. He has been known to have residences in Chicago, IL, Ames, IA, Oakdland, CA among other places.
Derrick Daily is approximately 28-33 years old, lighter complected Black Guy with Star Tattoo's on the front of each shoulder. He has an acquaintanceship with a Jason McCallister out of Chicago Illinois and is known to previously frequent the Boystown part of Chicago.
Please if you come in contact with him be very careful with your dealings and personal belonging and banking. Also, please report him to the nearest Law Enforcement Agency confidentially.
