This guy said he had an incentive download program and he could get me 500 app downloads in 24 hours for $200. I looked him up online, seemed legit. Sent him $200 thru pay pal. No downloads. When I asked him about it he matter of factor said I could wait for 30 days for my refund because that's the amount of time pay pal allows. And then he disputed my claim on pay pal. What a scammer.

AND THEN HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME UNTIL I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE WARNING THE PUBLIC ABOUT HIM. I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME! Now he is threatening me by saying he and his friends are going to write negative app reviews. So, he took my money, didn't deliver product, provided false documents to Pay Pal and is now threatening me.
