Also, they asked me to come back in and sign a new contract the day after my purchase of a lease with 12k miles a year...
I just turned in the car and they are trying to charge me $12k in over milage with the claim that i got a low mile lease... when reviewing the new contract, We Realized they switched the contract on me:-( Shame on me for not re-reading it! the second time but who would have thought they would have done such a thing!
But they did and ER (Finance Director) will not come to a phone for 5 years now after numerous attempts to reach her... I have bought many cars in my life but have NEVER dealt with a dealership orchestrating such a bogus deals and blatantly horrific customer service! Shame on all of them for their tactics and deception!
I am contacting lawyers, BBB, and all Consumer Groups and will fight back. Never go to Desert European Auto Ever!!! No Ethics at Desert European Maserati!Send to a Friend Link to This Review
