I went to their web site and it looks extremely sparse for a legitimate business. For an interior design company they only have a few pics that shows their "work", and even those look generic and ripped off from web images on other sites.

I then did an IP search on their web site and found this:

The IP of the web site, 188.130.250.232, brings up numerous shared sites all seemingly emanating from Russia.

I was going to call "Jane" at the number she supplied in her email to verify, but I've been through this song and dance before and past experience was to be put on hold or asked to leave a message. All that did was suck some long distance minutes out of me and make the scammer richer.

Any company that has virtually the same script but revolving names and contact people (in this case they just changed the last name...lol) should be suspect, BBB "approved" or not.

The client is supposed to pay money to designers via bank account or Western Union or Moneygram because the latter are located abroad. But theres a challenge. When customers transfer money they get contact information of our freelancers and some try to establish direct contact with them and we lose our income. So, the first reason to hire a Financial Representative is privacy protection. The second reason is time. We have constant money flow. It takes 2-3 hours to complete each transaction.

According to the contracts we have penalties if we are late with payments. A transfer to other countries is unpredictable; we never know exactly when the money is received for the following reasons: (1) there's a time difference, (2) the very banking systems may be different. If the transfer is made the same day and we can prove it by the confirmation papers, then we do not have penalties.

Therefore, the responsibilities of a Finance Manager are to process the payments from clients to designers who did the job. You will receive the payments directly into the business bank account (the money is sent by wire transfers), withdraw it and send to freelancers through Western Union or Money Gram. You will receive notifications of all the upcoming payments by phone and will receive instructions along with paperwork through via email. You will be working under our NY company name and tax ID. You'll work when the payment arrives. We'll communicate during normal business hours. If we have early payment I'll call you around 8 am. If we have late payment you may need to work till 8 pm., depends on how much time will it take you to make payments. If the payment arrives on Friday at 7 p.m. when the banking centers are closed you'll have to work on Saturday morning.

You'll receive $3000.00 on monthly basis in 30 days starting from the day when you process the first transaction. Besides, you'll receive 3% commission per each completed transaction. E.g., you process $5000.00 today and receive $150 commission with the next payment of $10000.00, and then you receive $300 commission with the next payment, etc. That is called a pay per completed transactions. You can make $5000.00 to $7000.00 per month. We cover incoming and outgoing transfer fees. You will pay the fees from the funds you are to transfer and then will provide the copies of the receipts. You are required to have a land line and a fax machine.

If you need to go on vacation youll need to give me a 2 week notice in advance. We will make and approve your schedule for each upcoming week.
