requests for DL number, last four digits of SSN, bank check number with routing numbers to begin automatic payments. The plan was not misrepresented as "Insurance" but all the requests by phone smack of identity theft.
Seems the 1-800 phone line in Florida is a call center or 'boiler room' operation. I researched this plan on line and discovered all the "Rip-Off Reports". I couldn't be sure about this "plan" so I canceled immediately.
