Well, where should I begin. We paid a deposit of 550 back in Dec 2012. It is now basically March. Why aren't we in our home? We were about to give this company another 550 but i decided to find out if lights/gas can get cut on. However when I called the energy company they told us that there was a block and would have to be removed by the owners. So we called to let them know they like fine we will do it. So we told them well since there's no lights n gas then we will just pay February rent. So the whole month we gave them the benefit of doubt to take the block off. February came but there was still a block on the lights and gas. We had been calling and calling and still no answers. This company will not answer our phone calls. But they are professionals?? So then we finally got a hold of them and told them we just want our deposit back. All we were trying to do is move into a bigger house and closer to my sons school. But no this company wanted to lie and mislead and be unprofessional. All we wanted was our money back so we can move into another house. We walked in to get our Money. No one was out of line, loud, or disrespectful. We waited patiently for the manager CRAIG SIMMONS. As time pass CRAIG SIMMONS AND HIS POSSE came in and said get the f out my office. So confused. We thought he was joking til he said it repeatly and his posse repeat and said. We can do it 2 ways before we let him say what the second was going to be we just got up. Then he started disrespecting my other family members said get the f out little b words he curse and said yea suck on my left balls. And my family member said you are not going to do anything he said yea i see you got the f out my office little b. And said you showing guns you are not Goin to do anything he responded with I will blow your face off with this gun
