This company is a big scam! He makes you feel like you will be the best and when he calls you make it sound like its a big deal that hes calling you saying he never deals with talent. Its a marketing company but they have talent Im confused why because it is not an agency.
He requires you to pose in your underwear and says a photographer will be working with you the photographer never shows up! He ends up doing your photos nice camera but the photos are in the poorest quality lighting. He takes them from his office and right outside of his office. He harasses you for money too but doesnt pay you.
I know a few girls he gave big positions with no experience and they said he never paid them and they said he acts mad and defensive when they asked about pay. He will charge as much as 900 dollars for photos and will not get you much work just whatever he can find on craigslist by pretending to be you.
He lies a lot he said hes retired NFL for the Red Skins, played in the mid 90s a few of us girls got together to look it up Jarryl Wayne Curtis found the redskins website that listed every single player who has ever played of all time and he was not on it! He sells you false hopes and dreams do not come here unless you like giving your money away and being drug on a string

The Better Business Bureau only deals with the facts and the fact is is that you are lying and I know who you are and you will pay (legally that) :)
This is another false and weak attempt at discrediting my husband and our company. Like I have said before, these little fake reports that no one really reads have had no effect on our company and Deystarr is here to stay.
We actually like to fight and we like to crush people (legally) :)

He did tell me he was going to do it, but he said he would be sending out emails from the company email he set up for me in order to get me jobs. Which, of course, he never did. His talk was much more grand than his actions........... I used to get emails from companies/clients telling me they had received my info in regards to the emails I sent them. Emails I never sent.

Once again, this little "report" of yours has had ZERO effect on our business. As a matter of fact, we are grown and we will continue to grow and to make huge profits.
Face it, we know who you are and we know what you don't have the guts to show the world who you. It's ok because we already know and our attorneys already know who you are and trust me, your worst nightmares are about to come true(legally of course). :)
Also, I know about my husband. We actually talked about his past on our first date because he is a real man who is not afraid of anything or anyone unlike yourselves who hide behind mere sites such as this one. I am married to the man with the emphasis on the word "MAN". In the years that I have known him, I have never seen him display any behaviors that would have me to ever doubt him.
Also, My husband has something that cowards like you will never have. He has real respect from people and companies that actually matter unlike your sorry selves.
To be honest, my husband has actually had the guts to talk about his past to myself, his staff, his friends, family and most off to the Deystarr Nation itself on his radio show.
People already know and they either could care less because they know what kind of man he is or they simply don't believe that he is capable of hurting anyone because he has done way too much for the community and too many people RESPECT the man.

I am Dey Curtis. I am the COO of Deystarr Unlimited and I am married to the founder.
First off, my husband and I is more than happily married and it is very offensive to try to elevate yourselves in your own sick little twisted minds.
Secondly, I am the only person who has the right to call my husband Jay in the workplace is me and clients who actually pay for their services. PERIOD.
Third, I am actually doing you all a favor by keeping my husband tamed and from keeping him from really coming after you. I saved you from worse, yet legal fate.
Fourth, it is amazing to me how the more success we have and the more we grow, the more of these false reports seem to pop up. You people need to follow your own advice and "stop hatin".
Fifth, these little "ripoff" reports have done nothing to stop our growth and has had no real effect on our business.
This is another weak attempt to discredit my husband and our company with weak at best non-truths and fake innuendos. We know who you and to be quite honest, we know who all of you are and civil and legal action is being taken against you as I type this. (we have your IP addresses).
We haven't had anything to with any "models" as you put it in over a year because of all of the lies, and the wasting of time,money, and other resources on skanky, shady, slutty little girls who masquerade as "models" who have have their own "daddy" and "boyfriend" issues that are brought to the workplace and they wonder why people like us and other companies fire them or do not hire them for projects.
You are not important enough to even come into our building, let alone be on our very successful website and TV shows. We only deal with actual interesting people and actual interesting stories. Once again, stop trying to put yours sorry self on our level.
The Better Business Bureau only deal with REAL cases and not false and weak accusations such as these.
Since we know who you are, we are more than welcome for you to contact me directly but this website doesn't allow personal contact information and only names which doesn't make much sense to me.

I got all the same crap from Jay. He called me, said he "never deals with models directly," told me I wasn't like all the other stupid girls he had working for him. One of the "executives" he had in his office to interview me I later found out he had just asked her to sit in so he'd have more people in there but that she had no idea what to do. Yes, he said he used to play for an NFL team, he said he was a photographer for Playboy, and he told me the BS about never directly dealing with the talent.
He hired me to be his TV host. I asked for details on what I needed to do, but all I ever got was the brush off saying that he'd let me know. As time grew closer for my first TV interview (I was to speak to people auditioning at one of his "huge" functions), I still had no clue what to do. I asked again and also threw in that my family wanted to know what my job was, and he went on a rant that my family needed to stay out of it. At any rate, on the day of the auditions where I was to interview on TV, my main role was to sit in on auditions and give the poor people a hard time. I then had to do a lame interview of 2 of the actors that auditioned (hot girls, of course) and give them a hard time. My entire TV "contract" was to pay $900 I believe. Of course, he never called me to do other interviews after that, even though he kept calling and emailing me to tell me all about these gigs he had lined up for me.
When I asked about getting paid for that one time, he said some excuse to the line of they didn't have the money but that he was mailing my check. No check ever came. Again, I asked and he said he put a tracer on it. No check. The next time I tried to log in to my email account with them, I had been blocked. I emailed and called him (he had given me his personal cellphone number) but got nothing. At that point I filed a report with the BBB and heard back from immediately telling me that wasn't cool.
Oh, and upon searching their site right after the fact, I saw that they had used several of the photos I sent to them as my portfolio and that I, apparently, was also one of their radio talk show hosts and some sort of "sex expert." That was news to me since I never did any radio shows and was never even asked to do a radio show, nor was I asked permission to use those photos. I took screen shots of everything with my image on the website, and I also took screen shots of all the texts Jay sent me regarding my pay.
One more thing - I went with him and his wife and a few of the employees to a rum distillery in Austin. He kept coming on to me very quietly basically in front of his wife. He kept making comments about my butt. I just acted like I couldn't hear what he said.
I have spoken with 2 other former employees/talent, and both have eerily similar stories to mine. Any form of rebuttal I have made or warning I have put up have immediately been miraculously commented on telling me how I must have been a flaky model or didn't do my job, etc. Fact is I did everything I was asked to do by Jay. IF (and that's a big "if") he called to ask me to do it, I was there. I was there on time or early. I made sure I texted and/or emailed and/or called to confirm everything. I did what was asked, with no guidance whatsoever, and never got paid or anything. DEYSTARR IS A TOTAL SCAM, and I have made sure I have told many people to stay away.

ANY business has the right to choose not to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Deystarr Unlimited has an A+ rating and ZERO complaints in their entire history. Meaning this company doesn't need an outside agency to prove its track record of being an outstanding company.

I really don't even see an outright scam or ripoff and even the sex offender argument is a non-factor because if I am reading this right, whatever happened, it happnened almost 20 years ago if you factor in the the disposition date because legal cases take years o actually be steeled in any court.
Also, ranting without any real facts or citing any real sources and couple that with being anonynous adds to the question and doubt about the legitimacy of your claims.
Basically everything this invididual is complaining about almost sounds made up to get ATTENTION plain and simple. This man is happily married. GET A LIFE. HE doesn't want you. Your claims of being a victim makes me wonder who is the real victim.
Also, I believe that this is the same Jarryl Curtis that openly talks about his past on his national radio show and at seminars. This guy doesn't hide from anyone or anything which makes me wonder how guilty could he really be of anything. You could learn alot from the following:

The real reason that the Better Business Bureau and other watchdog organizations is because THEY DON"T BELIEVE YOU which is quite surprising because organizations like this need only little to no proof of any real fraud. If they didn't take your supposed complaint seriously, your complaint must have been very WEAK to NOTHING.
This company has been in business for almost ten years without ANY compalints AT ALL with the Better Business Bureau or any other government agency. For them to jeopardize "victimizing" makes about as much sense as some of your silly cliams.
You can post another immature rebuttal talking about a bunch of nothing if you want but realize this, I am sure that a company like Deystarr has already documented every harassing post and if I am not mistaken from earlier posts, you had a few Youtube videos removed for harassment and cyberbullying. You are also lying about the police and you contacting them because they would have asked for all of your information and they ping your computer for precautionary reasons. it is illegal to use public information for harassment and it is also illegal to misuse or manipulate any public information.
The real reason that the Better Business Bureau and other watchdog organizations is because THEY DON"T BELIEVE YOU which is quite surprising because organizations like this need only little to no proof of any real fraud. If they didn't take your supposed complaint seriously, your complaint must have been very WEAK to NOTHING.
This company has been in business for almost ten years without ANY compalints AT ALL with the Better Business Bureau or any other government agency. For them to jeopardize "victimizing" makes about as much sense as some of your silly cliams.

I had to do a little digging but this some ugly chick with an annoying voice who calls herself PrincessAlosi on Youtube. It's amazing what you can find out when you have friends who are good on the computer. The chick can't sing to save her life and she's with some toolbox who looks like a cross between Steve Urkel (and Steve Urkel actually had talent and a successful TV Show unlike this douche) and something I saw in the toilet when I took a shit the other day.
No one actually watches the videos and upon further research on Youtube a few of her videos were deleted because she of wait for it.. harassment and cyberbullying!!! What a shocker.
This same ugly chick with no real talent uses fake email accounts and fake profiles to "spread the word" or shoudl I say spread lies because I see so real scam and on the surface, I think she is obsessed with Curtis and is jealous of what he and his wife must have. The man named his company after hos wife. What has that metrosexual "Jay Gone" done for you PrincessAlosi? If I had to listen to your annoying voice or if I was stuck in a bad relationship with a "rapper" that will never amount to anything, I would be jealous of other people's happiness as well.

I am a small owner and this scam of a company allowed a totally false report be reported on my company. Other people even actually read the report, verified the statements on it and listed many instances of lies and unfounded facts. I contacted this b******t scam of a company and to avail, no one contacted me.
They do not even have a physical address and no real office. This is run out of someone's home!!
This site is basically a non-edited database of consumer complaints. Anyone can file a "report" and say virtually anything about you regardless of the merit or validity of the claim (many companies have things posted like "The CEO is a pedophile") like on this false report. The report is then posted and for many companies instantly shows up on the page.
1. Rip off Report will not remove the report. They allow you to post a rebuttal - or for a fee, the "editor" will post something next to the claim stating that it is false. What is seemingly a good service to consumers is basically nothing more than an extortion scheme. They refer you to people who will "help" with your problem.
It seems like one would have to take measures such as releasing press releases and other documents and increase the amount of in-bound links in order to bump the rip off report further back in the SERP for an outrageous fee of course. I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this website. thank you!

I actually did my own research on Jarryl Wayne Curtis through the actual courts and I was shocked at how the real facts differ from what this individual posted. Granted he is on the sexual offender registry but upon further digging, he was never actually been convicted of a sexual crime in his life. There thousands of people who don't belong on those registries and there is an actual national movement to change all of that.
Now for the complete "criminal history" that was posted, some of the cause numbers are not real and this is actually someone else's criminal history that was cut and pasted to make it look like it was Mr. Curtis'. The only item on there that belonged to Mr. Curtis was the bad check. The domestic violence and other items are total fakes or from another criminal history. They assumed that because he is a registered sex offender, that people are going to automatically judge and condemn him. Obviously people haven't with such a well established company and he even uses his real name when he appeared on network television shows.
This reinforces my intuition that whoever this is has totally misused and posted false information which is harassment, libel, slander, and defamation of character and they are in big trouble. If I were you, I would remove everything that I posted because I can assure you that you can be tracked because every site that you have ever been on can be tracked and can and will lead to criminal charges and civil actions against you whether you hide behind fake usernames or not.

You need to stop playing the victim. I already checked the Texas Workforce and no complaints. Also, this is not the FBI's problem because they handle real crimes and federal crimes at that. Posting the FBI fraud or whatever isn't going to make a bit of difference because there are not real complaints and the weak complaints you did file went nowhere. You busted yourself, when you pulled up the so-called public data records (which do seem distorted) because the claims that you claim to have filed would have been on that same report. All public filings supposedly show up on those reports including with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Workforce.

TO be quite honest, these so-called public data websites do not do a good job of keep up with their records and I noticed too that I don't see any significant jail time if any even if everything on this list is true. Also, it is very easy to add and/or distort facts when people re-post these so-called fact sheets. Also, whoever you are, I think you are missing the most important part. I read this man's bio on his website and I have been listening to some of his radio shows tonight and he doesn't 't really sound like man with thin skin. This is clear harassment and you are using unverified facts for harassment which could land you in jail and also lead to civil penalties (fines). If i were you, I would quit while you are ahead.

He scares young women thats why she probably is anonymous he threatened to bury me alive if i said anything bad about the company so i too have protect myself.. i want to say if you worked here and did not get paid file a complaint to the Texas workforce commission they will work to get your money back call the local FBI fraud/scam division in Texas the number is 210-225-6741 and as far as the BBB he only has 3 employees i thought you had to have more to file if not let me know i have proof and i will file a claim asap! So what if it is? You still haven't proven your point. You are just taking advantage of someone's perceived past. You think it makes them an easy mark. Everyone makes mistakes and just because something in this man's past which may or may not have happened 20 years ago still doesn't prove your point. You have people on these sites that are on there for urinating on the street or other silly reasons. The perception of these sites has changed over the years because the truth about these sites is in the mainstream media. Also, you are using this site to harass an individual and you could actually get into trouble by doing so.

I would suggest you get a real case going with the Better Business Bureau which you know you are not because they more than likely didn't believe you like I don't believe you. Simple words and posts on sites that don't really verify anything will not cut it. People demand proof.

I believe this is hoax because I did my own research and I found zero complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies that handle these matters. Also, this person obviously has some serious issues to make this so personal. Placing a phony report more than once nor is placing the full name of the owner going to make what you saying any more true without any real concrete facts or documentation. Very childish and lacks the true facts.

No case numbers from the Better Business Bureau. All cases, even the ongoing investigations have case numbers. No case number, no sited sources or verification , no real proof = fake report.
Also, to stoop so low and to make this so personal causes one to wonder, what is the real purpose here and with how crazy people are coupled with the anonymity of the internet itself, makes me wonder if this is a disgruntled former employee or someone who didn't even make the cute or even worse.
I don't like sites like this that have unsubstantiated reports on companies and for them to get rid of the complaint they have to pay the site over $2,000. It's ridiculous all the way around.

The reason why you can't report him is because you obviously have nothing to report especially with toothless reviews like this. I know we live in the social media age where people think that comments and posts actually matter but just because you post something does't make it true when you have no real facts to post.

I totally agree with this being a total hoax. I actually went to the BBB and I found no complaints because there are no complaint and the Better Business Bureau will not hesitate to listen and post all reported complaints. Also, this sounds like to me a person who has an obsession with the owner to make such personal claims and is obviously very disturbed. Also, the unwillingness to somewhat identify themselves and to name other people who clearly don't exist further shows that this does not even pass the smell test. remember when you post on these site, there are people like me and other folks who check and verify facts as well. This is a hoax and I have already reported this individual and other individuals to Yahoo Legal, Yelp, and other sites and search engines because this very individual has had videos removed from Youtube and affiliated sites because harassment, cyberbullying, and privacy invasion including in addition to this hoax.
I have been doing business with Deystarr for almost ten years and I have actually known the owner for over 30 years and they are the best at what they do and as far as helping businesses grow they have every avenue covered. As a matter if fact the only problem in ten years I ever had with Deystarr had to do with the models I contracted to promo work and to stand in for stock photography for my store. They were late, rude, and very unprofessional. I let my friend of 30 years know and he fixed that problem immediately. I actually have real proof and not just vague rants. This individual is just starving for attention and after reading the last rebuttal I totally agree with it from past experiences.

Now this is a total hoax and whoever you are you need to stop being "anonymous" and show some real proof. Furthermore, I used to work for this company and all they really do is go out of their way and help people. I used to oversee the talent which was a total nightmare. I now own my own company and Deystarr actually went out of their way to help me get started. When I did work for this company, I saw alot of "models" would get paid directly from the client of this company and most if not all would run with the money without any notice and make up crazy stories so they won't have to pay which is required by them on their contract. Also, most not all of the "models" were always:
late for events
were caught stealing
smoking marijuana on the job
not actually doing their job
did not know anything about the industry so companies have to waste time and money training them on the basics a child could learn
flaking on work at the last minute
refusing work because someone or something outside of their actual job stopped them from doing it because they can't make decisions on their own
caught lying on the job
This is not only a problem with this company but other companies of all types that have actually had to employ models or any other type talent. I know you have been harassing this company andmore importantly, the owner himself which is a good man and I do have the proof.
