Diamond Girls LLC Scottie Diamond Failed to pay for my graphic design, advertising and printing services for his "modeling and promotional agency" Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania

I am sad to say I worked for this man for a few months - did one shoot although he invited me to do it. The photographer said he refused to pay him, therefore photos would not be released thus screwing me out of my photos and hard work. Want to call me out, Scottie? I've got screen shots.

Oh, also...I can highlight things too. If you're so 'legit' and 'pay everyone' then why does this say what it says?

In November 2002, Ohanian was paid $3,500 cash toward the total cost of $4,000 for a bathroom renovation in an East Meadow home. The work dragged on for several weeks before it ceased entirely. What was done was shoddy, with fixtures not installed, tiling not installed correctly, and pipes installed incorrectly, causing leaking through the ceiling into the basement. The homeowner received a default judgment of $3,000 in Small Claims Court, but has not been paid.

Lets start with Kristen and your business cards. You are right I did hire you to do the cards for me. And I did claim I never got them and that is the truth I never did and I called and got a reorder sent to me. You sent me 1000 cards and charged me whatever you did. Now I want everyone who is talking your stupid shit look at the damn cards you cant even see the words on them I will never pay anyone for anything that looks like that. The cards look like SHIT !!!!  and I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT!!

Okay so after a whole buncha messin around, I came up with this idea. I think it's super classy and sexy without being raunchy. If you like this idea, it can be with or without the girls on it or we could use the one without the girl for some stuff and add whichever girl you like in for other stuff, depending on what it's being used for. Even though it's just in black and grays now, it can be put in any color and will also look awesome on a colored background which the diamond really shine and pop out. I wanted to get a set logo for you before we go any further so that I can put it on your business card and flyers and whatever else you need done because it's good to be consistent with a brand. So let me know if you like this and if not then I am more than willing to keep working, but in my professional opinion it's pretty awesome lol.

Anyway I usually charge $100 dollars to do a logo, $50 for a business card and I guess we talked about $75 per flyer after this first trial one for $50. I know you didn't specifically ask for a logo, but I think it's really important for you and something that will be used for everything and I plan on probably using it on your business card regardless. So for that $100 I will give you the rights to it to use as you please on anything. I think it's worth it, but I'm not trying to pressure you into anything either.

Hope you like! There are two choices there for the back, one a bit simpler. I like the back with the diamond though. When I save this as a PDF the glow around the diamond gets a little strange depending what program you open it with, but I promise it looks good and will print correctly. Let me know what you think!

I asked her to make things a logo was not one of them I asked to design a flyer but I did not use it I told her I only pay for what I use. I  told her I will pay for the shipping and what she paid for the cards as I am still willing to do so TODAY but not the work as its not worth it. I NEVER ordered the flyers and NEVER got the full size to get them printed.

Yes I am an Electrical contractor yes I got in a little trouble and yes I am SUEING the morning call for SLANDER cause of what is said in the add is not true and I have all the proof to show of that. Scottie "Diamond" has an event this coming weekend in which he is soliciting payments for VIP "package" at the event. I was disgusted when I heard this because I'm afraid it's just another one of his scams and more people are going to get ripped off.

I hope more people begin to realize the kind of person he is before others get burned.

Also, I found another listing for a Diamond Girls LLC in East Dubuque, IL. No email but there was a phone number listed.

Is there anyway to verify who in fact is registered as an LLC?

Well then it makes sense why he was missing for a month. HE WAS IN JAIL. Gimme a few days to do some research and I will find the REAL Diamond Girls, because there is a legitimate one and Scott Ohanian is certainly not the owner.

Scottie diamond claims that he never received his business cards, but here is the proof that he did. UPS has also confirmed that they were delivered to his doorstep, TWICE. Trusting him the first time he said he didn't receive them, I filed a claim and had them reprinted and redelivered. Delivery has been confirmed for the second one.

I have yet to see any payment for these business cards, let alone my designs and he will not contact me.

Yes, the first business cards were supposedly lost - which I don't believe to be true. I put in a claim and they were reprinted and confirmed to be delivered by UPS. They have stated that they were delivered TO HIS DOORSTEP. I have not received payment for these still, let alone for the designs.

First of all, I am in fact a legit business. Self employed graphic designer with a DBA. Kristin DiBartolo doing business as Curious Designs and I have all the proper business documentation, so there, you are incorrect.

The fact that he "did not like your logo" is a lie. Yes I made a list of logos for him and he picked the one that he liked from that list. I then refined it and we agreed that it was the logo to use. He expressed many times that he liked what I was doing and asked many times to have it in different file types so that he could use it, in which my response was that I could not give the rights to the logo it until it was paid for. In the meantime he had me design business cards with the logo he is claiming to not like, approved the design because he clearly liked them, and had me order 1000 of them for him. If he didn't like the logo then why would he get business cards printed with the logo? So I pre-ordered the cards for him because he claimed that he was sending payment in the mail. When the payment did not come he had some excuse about how he sent cash in the mail and it was returned to him with a warning. Then we agreed to do payment through paypal - which never happened. And then there was some more excuses. As far as the flyers, I made TWO flyers for him, which I will post here, and it does matter that he did not use them. The agreement was that he would pay for any flyers I spent the time to design for him and he intended to use. This cost me countless wasted hours and they were never payed for either. I have sent him invoices multiple times. I've tried to cut deals with him to get him to pay me something. This man knows what he owed me and had agreed to pay it. Then suddenly he stopped answering all of my emails and phone calls. For someone who claims to have so much money, it's pretty ridiculous that he has to hide and not pay me for my work. He was warned over a month ago that I would be reporting his bad business practices if he did not pay, so this should come as no surprise to him.

As far as his business cards not getting to him - I have spoken to UPS on the phone multiple times about this matter. They kept calling me to tell me that the package was delivered to his doorstep. I gave them his contact information so he could deal with the supposed "missing business cards". So either UPS messed up or he is lying.

I will post pictures of the work I have done for him. Obviously it's better than what he already has, he liked it, it took a good amount of time, and it should be payed for. End of story.

I have been an employee of Scottie Diamond for 2 years now and I have not had one issue getting paid. Never once was even late with a payment. Not only have I been an employee, but I have been a friend of Scottie Diamond's for many years now. He has never mistreated or ripped off any of us girls. I'm truly disgusted that someone would even try to blemish his good character.

The girl who filed this so called report on Diamond Girls is a fake . This women knew from day one she only gets paid is we use anything she dose she did send me a list i logos and i did not like any of them . you do not pay for somethings you do not like , She also did 1 flier witch was never used . and company cards where never sent to me . As My employees already know each person only gets paid for what they do and is approved by my company . She did and and will not be paid for any and all unused work . This girl is not even a legit company to even say anything about me or my company . As for her talking about my girls getting paid i have over 300 ppl right now that can say they get paid for what they do . This comment from this girl will not be reported to my company lawyers and will be handled legally . I will see you in Court unless this is removed within 24 hrs .
