Did you know that the Board of Directors for Premier Vacation Collection contains employees of Diamond Resorts?
There is a clause in our original, and only, contract for purchase that bases increases in maintenance fees on the CPI of the presvious June. Diamond has violated that clause since taking over. Maintenance fees have escalated over 200% from a few years ago.
This past September we were refused use of our Deluxe one bedroom because, "we were not there as owners"! However, they took all of our 6000 points to pay for it.
We have sent Diamond a letter regarding 2013 maintenance fees. We are refusing to pay and requesting that they buy back or share.
