DIANE DAHLIN WITH HEBER OVERGAARD COLDWELL BANKER IS A TRUE RIP OFF REALTOR THAT DOES NOT AND WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! STAY FAR AWAY! Diane was a great agent for us in purchasing a cabin

My wife and I just purchased a cabin in Overgaard. We found Diane on another site with high reviews. She was nothing short of awesome for us. From the point of first making contact with her she was very responsive to our needs. She is also very knowledgeable of the area which was a great addition as we are more familiar with the White Mountains than the Rim Country of Heber - Overgaard. When ever a problem came up she was quick to get involved and keep the process moving. Upon purchasing our house she arrived promptly for a walk through and showed us different things to be aware of from the water turn off to how to winterize the cabin. After our first night in the new cabin she called to double check to make sure everything was good. we were very happy and fortunate to have had her as our agent. Jim

Interesting comment at the top.  I think it speaks of the reviewer obviously being upset.  What I have to add:

Personally, I do not care for most Bankers, or most individuals in the real estate business.  
I met Diane over the new year and asked her to show us some properties, she did a great job, she is local and knows the area.  Did she show us some of her properties?  Yes, she did, but who would not.  She also showed us some other agents properties based on what our budget and concerns were.  When it came time deal on the property I felt she was with with us.  When it came time to deal with the banks she was sympathetic to us.  When it came time to deal with the closing she politely moved me out of the way and took over.  Which is exactly what I would want her to do for me as a buyer.

I deal directly with people in a different industry for a living, and have done so for 30+ years, so either she completely pulled the wool over my eyes. Or she is the real deal, a salesperson, working hard to support herself with the best ethics, morals and values in an industry that is normally suspect.  

Would I deal with Diane Dahlin again?, YOU BET!!!!

Very Happy Client.....with credentials....

I came across this unproven and negative report, submitted by an unidentified contributor, totally by accident. I was searching for the contact information for Diane Dahlin, to offer to a friend, who is searching for a property in Heber, Az.
I had the pleasure of meeting Diane over a year ago, when my husband and I were searching for a cabin in Heber/Overgaard. We were working from our own handmade list of cabins for sale, and happened by a listing of Diane's on a Sunday. I hesitated to call her and bother her without prior notice, but we wanted to view the listing. 
I am a professional in a very different business world, as is my husband. Our careers are very far from the field of real estate. I could tell immediately when I spoke to Diane, that she was efficient, educated and willing to assist us. She accepted the listings that my husband and I wanted to see, and convinced me that she would be MORE than happy to meet us in an hour. By that time, she stated, she would have arranged appointments for showings at more than 10 homes we offered to her. Instantly, I liked her "direct to the point" attitude and her ability to take the responsibility and run with it.
At an hours end, we were at her office, and just as she had stated, everything was in order, and we started our search. Throughout that day we spent together, never once, did we witness the description that was given in this falsified and biased report. If anything, Diane was always the perfect realtor, pointing out to us, all the details, good and bad, that we might have missed concerning each property. She never once hurried us to make a decision on a property. She showed us homes for lesser amounts, which were under our budget, making us feel that she wasn't ONLY looking at the dollar signs, as this obviously "mad at the world" writer eludes to.
In short, we found the cabin we wanted to purchase that very day. We live in Phoenix and work hectic hours, and could not foresee how buying a second home "over the miles" was going to work out for us! Diane was the most skilled person at making ALL the details seem trivial. From that very night we made the offer on our cabin, and throughout every detail of the purchase, every paper that had to be scanned and faxed, Diane was our main contact. We were assured that we could call her, email her or fax her....at any time. Which we did, many times. My husband and I felt like we were bothering her sometimes with all of our questions about the details of the final sale. Diane ALWAYS made us feel that this was her job, and not to worry....that she would find the answer, give us the solution, and solve the problem. She never once let us down.
My husband and I have owned 7 homes over the course of our 41 years of marriage. None of the home purchases remotely compare to the ease of buying with Diane representing us. I find it odd that the writer of this sad commentary, exposes Diane as a "rip off" realtor with a town full of clients who feel the same way. I have heard nothing but the opposite in the circle of cabin owners I have met within the past 14 months. No one has ever mentioned a negative word about her or the agency she represents. 
Could it possibly be that this writer has an underlying issue that caused his problem in the first place....and is looking for someone to load the blame onto? Perhaps the communication was one sided and very misplaced by the client and had nothing to do with Diane's performance as a realtor? It is very difficult to gain sympathy for the writer of this rant, since it was typed in BOLD CAPITALS with no actual proof of wrongdoing. It looks like it was a way to vent at the moment, with no actual thought behind it. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Diane based solely on her truthfulness, integrity and honesty. This blurb attempt to slam Diane, does nothing but reveal the writer as pathetic. petty and obviously immature. If a real problem existed....take it to the Board of Realtors where they would throw it the case out in a heartbeat!

It's hard to tell if you were a Buyer, Seller or possibly another Realtor?  You claim an offer wasn't presented "timely" then go on to say I don't present "all offers"...which is it?  Your complaint (I use the term loosely) is rambling and makes no sense.


All of this is UNTRUE and my reputation speaks for itself.  I have been a full time Realtor in our small little town for 15 years and the VOLUME of transactions and REPEAT clients speak for themselves. 


If you had any idea of what you are talking about, you would know that I do much more than just "stick it on MLS" and the ONLY interest I have is that of my clients...but my clients know that and that's all that matters. I put real estate ahead of my personal life, always have and always will. 


I would think that if you felt so strongly about your situation, you would have either called my Broker or filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate.  It's easy to spread ugly lies and comments when you can hide behind the cloak of anonymity which makes your false statement even more ridiculous.


Further, I can provide client satisfaction letters and have NEVER had a complaint...what can you provide to substantiate your false and ugly lies??


In closing, I have two words for you:  spell check
