As a person who has been observing Ms. Romick professionally over the years finally I can now say something. I am not afraid of her retaliation, as she was very good at it while she was with Novartis.

Fortunately Novartis made a good decision to fire her.

Diane Romick is ultimately the scam artist. She is both incompetent and deceiving. I have observed her over the years how kniving and manipulative she can really be so she can get that paycheck.

Personally there are a group of us that don’t understand how a person in her position has had this much authority to act the way she did. I checked on others and the opinion remains the same not only in
this office and other offices she serviced as well.   Having a long history of bribing our doctors was her specialty.

Its unfortunate that there are real professionals out there who really respect their career and don’t have to use Ms. Romick’s tactics to make her mortgage payment.

Ms. Romick bribe tactics  disregarded the ethics rules to avoid conflicts of interest. For her its all about the money. $$$$ In fact we will also complain to the appropriate ethics committee.

Ms. Romick can act righteous and perfect but she should read a book about principal. She is two faced and will tell you one thing and act another.

Do not trust this person! Her orders were always incorrect and the alcohol on her breath was intolerable.

I am sure she is now planning her next scam for her next job.
